-> introduced slot machines (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=114180.0).
-> fixed police being charged for entering properties with suspects inside.
-> changed horse training method to decrease likelyhood of multiple horse being trained at once
-> fixed an issue with police and cb radios leaking (HOTFIX already applied)
-> changed "says in * accent" to "says [* accent]:" (already applied)
