Title: Installation help (I need help)

Hi basically I have GTA IV on Steam, and i can't seem to get it to work, has anyone maybe got a video that would be useful? I'm on windows 8 I've installed IVMP into my GTA IV folder, but when i click it nothing comes up atall

Have you tried to launch GTA IV first? If it works then try to launch it in compatibility mode.
Also, make sure to have patch 1.0.7.0 and install xliveless (http://gtaforums.com/topic/388658-relgtaiv-xliveless/) then try again to launch the client.

If GTAIV itself (and not the mp client) doesn't launch you can try launching GTA from the folder, and not from Steam. You might get an error box giving you something to work on.
