Well, I think that there should be some other updates with that (not sure if it already exist, excuse me if it does). Those updates are about the sniper rifle. The sniper rifle, the weapon itself, should be expensive as well as it's bullets. Because if it is not expensive, everyone would start buying and using it in combats, with shoot-outs with cops or other civilians or in gangwars, between criminal organizations. Also, what isn't actually logic, is that someone buys 1 sniper rifle + 99 bullets; and then he gives those bullets to his friends so they earn the gun and may buy the bullets with a cheaper price. This should be changed, so every player who has sniper rifle should not be able to give bullets to someone who does not own the rifle itself. Maybe adding the ability of buying the weapon (without bullets) would be useful, if it is possible.

Because no. Don't start with the advantages again, it's balanced enough. Both sides cry way to much about this. It wouldn't be fair to give one side something like this without the other. Not to mention entirely illogical.

I think both sides are already very fairly balanced, if both sides can head shot, nothing is changed...

I can see a lot of deathmatch occurring with this. You might wanna make it leaving the player with 10hp when having full hp.

Yes, but will you refund the weapons that have been lost due to deathmatch? Before at least when you start getting deathmatched, you have a chance to hide. The least you can do is make it do 100 damage, meaning if you have armour, it will take out the armour first.

I think it would make more sense if you could buy a helmet seperate from armor at ammunation that would protect your head.

advantage should be for both parties(cops and criminals)
