I am sorry if this is already answer or being discussed in another topic, if so please link and join the topics. Too many topics confuse me.
Basically when your level of notoriety is too high the state puts a bounty on your head. And if cops kill you they get the reward.
Agreed. Basically a hitman or any other guy who manages to kill another guy without being seen or caught is basically caught cause the eye in the sky saw them doing it. Once the hitman racks up all the kills he is suddenly wanted by the state with full information on the guy even though he has never been caught. Am I getting something wrong or is there really no logic in this system?
So from what I have seen when you escape twice continuously, you gain a notoriety level.
As stated above suppose a mobster or a hitman manages to complete a contract without being seen. He still gets suspected but eventually manages to escape. As a hitman it's his job to kill people without being caught. Same with a Mafia. We carry out executions in lonely places where we won't face the risk of being seen or caught.
All these kills and escapes stack up and we finally reach a notoriety level where we are suddenly wanted by the state with all the information about us (name is enough in this server) even though we have never been caught, and we also have a bounty on our ass.
Some guy manages to carry out crimes without being seen by anyone yet still becomes a recognized criminal. Doesn't it defeat the whole purpose of being a criminal?
Sure there are ways we can kill without being a suspect but that defeats the whole purpose of getting notorious and getting illegal weapons?
What do we do? Telelport between hideouts and be always wanted by the police. Doesn't it feel cops and robbers to anyone?

I've just explained these. Talk about illogical, say there's too many topics so you create another.
Locked. I don't need another to keep track of.
