Contact your ISP, for a new IP. If it still do not works then Manager+ can help you.

If you are using those free VPN services and you're getting blocked, it's very normal as somebody else who had been banned before might have used this service to access the server and which is called banevading and is against the rules.

We won't unban blocked routes they are blocked for a reason.  Either ask your ISP for a new IP and/or route or connect through Proxy or VPN servers.
