well seems that ``reporting staff`` is not functional or it was made just as secondary stuff, anyway this Marcel Abuses his Moderator power , this ban was clear hunt cause i standed against his continous Threatning .

First of all can you learn to spell please am shocked at how Marcel even managed to understand you.
Second you act like you know how to perform staff duties in SA:MP. Rain check, you don't so don't ever tell a staff member what they should do.
Thirdly it wasn't a threat.
The first time Marcel talked to you the sheer attitude from you alone I'm surprised he didn't request a ban there and then because you certainly deserved it. You might want to re-think your whole stance in this because you aren't the innocent one here. I'll be awaiting an apology from you to Marcel.

I've got no clue where you get this ego that you are somehow more experienced and higher than the staff members on this server; you have a lot to learn.
If you actually want to blame the staff member for punishing you for breaking a rule then we have a problem.
As well as your attitude shown towards the staff members at the time, that's juvenile and should simply end with your unban request being denied before you say a word.
