Can't help you if you do not give us anything to work with.

I don't know why I am banned and from who.
-
You may be caught in a routeblock then, you could try and get a new IP address from your ISP.
You aren't banned from the server at least.

I tried to login in the school's PC and it tells that I am banned.

I'd assume the route for your home connection is the same for the school. (Or the route for your school is also blocked)
Call your ISP and ask them for a whole new route.
{e.g: your current IP is 1.2.x.x
a new IP with a new route would look like 5.6.x.x}
Depending on your ISP and country, restarting the router might "sometimes" also change the route, but if the route or IP is static, you need to call your ISP.

Can you unblock it?

You yourself only have to call your ISP (the company that provides your internet) with your question and see if they can help you with it.
We can't do much from our side apart from what Rusty would try, but that is done in rare cases.
-
Try to login now. If it doesn't work then you will need to contact ISP nothing more we can do.
