Title: Moderator Application - [R*]Twenty
Post by: Norrage on November 22, 2015, 10:35:20 pm
GTA: IV Multiplayer Moderator Application

Nickname:
[R*]Twenty

Age:
20 :D.

Playing since:
Argonath: 2008
IV:MP: Since the start (2010?).

Average activity:
I try to be active every day, but since school takes a lot of time, I hope to be online atleast 1-2 hours a day. Some days it might not be achieved, but most of the times it will.

Reason for your application:
Well, I have been an administrator in the past. I left the team and Argonath for various reasons. I have been a SA:MP administrator aswell for some time. People discribed me as friendly, funny and patient. So I think I am one of the perfect candidates for the role as an moderator / administrator.

Five things about me:
Patient: I am (mostly) always patient when it comes to rules and making sure people follow the rules. When a new player does not understand the rules, I try to come up with creative solutions to get him to know them and to avoid him from doing stuff again.

Funny: All problems that come in my way, are best solvable with humor. Some don't, some do. When you throw some humor in a problem it always gets less complicated and more solvable. I heard this from alot of ex-administrator members in SA:MP and IV:MP. I tried this in IV:MP and SA:MP the past times and it worked out pretty well. I think I have this humor thing inside of me, since I can always come up with some things.

Discipline: One of the things I learned in my previous carreers was discipline. Some fix the problems in some seconds and continue on their normal job. I always take out a lot of time to solve the problem, even if the roleplay was fun and touching. I have the discipline to take time for the problem.

Social: I am social. Even in real life as in game. I talk with every play, joke with every person, and I think that there should not be a barrier between an administrator and a player whatsoever. If it is a new player it should be treated like a normal regular. Even when he speaks another language.

Friendly: Most of the times I am friendly as hell. Some days are bad, some days are good. But in big lines I am almost always friendly. I think friendly should be the most important key to being an moderator / administrator. This because you interact with people that get bullied and bully themselves. Most problems can be solved with just a normal 'Thank you' or whatsoever.

I hope I gave you guys a good idea of my strenghts. Let me know ;)

Greetings.
