-> Fix: depositing money into group bank accounts wouldn't update balance properly.
-> Fix: with viruses you could spread viruses by driving by someone with the virus, you now need to be out of a vehicle and in close contact.
-> Fix: /changelog not showing all changes due to size cutoff.
-> Fix: incorrect loading of drones so police couldn't properly use.
-> Fix: checking wrong group for drone permissions, it's now properly limited to FBI and SWAT group types.
