THE DEPUTATION STATEMENT OF THE SAPD
As the main law enforcement workforce in the state of San Andreas, the San Andreas Police Department consistently strives to maintain, preserve and enhance public safety, to effectively contribute in the diminishment of crime, to defeat disorder. In order to achieve this supreme objective, the employees of the San Andreas Police Department continuously impose themselves with integrity, reverence, and pride under the departmental slogan 'The first and last: to serve and protect'.
THE CORE VALUES OF THE SAPD
Integrity: The culture of police integrity is essential in building mutual respect between the people and the department. The San Andreas Police Department ensures that police officers operate within their legal authority, in an ethical manner consistent with the expectations of the public.
Impartiality: Police officers of the San Andreas Police Department are apt to produce decisions based on objective criteria, rather than preferring the benefit of one person over another for improper reasons.
Dedication: Dedication is a must in every representative of the San Andreas Police Department, in a way that police officers display commitment to serving the people at all times.

The head employee and the principal employer of the San Andreas Police Department, as well as the head administrator of the departmental affairs. The Chief of Police's main task is to ensure the consistent and positive development of the organisation, proportional to the evolution of the community. Furthermore, the Chief of Police is also the head executive of the department.

The direct assistant of the Chief of Police. Responsible of keeping track of the evolution of the department as well as the accountability of the Command Staff as a whole. Similar to his direct superior, the Deputy Chief is very involved in the administrative side of the department.

The direct overseer of all three (3) departmental bureaus: the Field Operations Bureau, the Personnel and Training Bureau, and the Special Operations Bureau. A Captain upholds the management side of the department, and may exert authority globally.

Represents the core of the senior command of the department. Lieutenants are employees that established themselves as full command members through the testing nature of self-development as Sergeants. A Lieutenant actively partakes in administrative functions of the department.

A Sergeant is a lower command member tasked essentially with field supervision as well as providing guidance to patrol officers, however, administrative tasks are also available, notably being assigned to the leadership of a bureau. Sergeants ensure reasonable quality of field performance and service.

A Supervisory Officer is a competent field leader who is eligible to progress to the lower command. A Supervisory Officer is an employee who has already demonstrated glimpses of initiative and immense interest within the organisation. They are equally expected to provide guidance to the rest of the Non-command Staff with the help of their considerable knowledge and experience.

The operational backbone of the department, represents a huge percentage of the roster. A Senior Officer has managed to justify his true colors by serving within the organisation for at least a month. A Senior Officer performs essential field duties such as; emergency response, traffic enforcement, community policing, apprehension of suspects. Moreover, Senior Officers are commonly affiliated with the role of a Field Training Officer.

The first rank upon successful graduation from the Cadet Stage. Officers are able to conduct basic field duties for a probationary period of at least one month.
- Cadet:
Citizens that have completed the Student Stage and are able to represent the department whilst embarking into the Training Bureau Program. A Cadet is taught necessary law enforcement information, both theoretical and practical.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
What do we require from you?
- Must be registered in-game for at least a month.
- Must be able to have patience, a good temper and of course, be respectful.
- Must be able to understand instructions and follow instructions.
- Is in the possession of a valid passport and drivers license.
- Is not affiliated with any criminal organizations.
- Haven't been removed from the police department within the last month.
- Have not been banned recently. (If you were banned recently, you may still apply and explain what happened)
- Is open for new challenges.
STRUCTURE OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The structure of the recruitment process of the San Andreas Police Department consists of three (3) various stages, throughout which the candidate develops a considerable level of theoretical and practical knowledge related to police work, as well as a sense of working within a trained team of professionals.
APPLICANT STAGE: - Background Application (BA)
STUDENT STAGE: - Student Interview (SI)

APPLICANT STAGE: BACKGROUND APPLICATION
The Background Application (BA): The first step into the recruitment system of the San Andreas Police Department. Citizens who are interested in pursuing a full-time career as police officers are required to submit a Background Application, containing questions ranging from personal information to professional tendencies as well as what motivates them to join the Department. This process allows the Personnel Management employees to assess and decide whether the applicant is eligible to advance to the Student Stage or not.

- Fill in a Background Application using the appropriate format.
- Remain patient until your application receives a response, usually within twenty-four (24) hours from submission.
STUDENT STAGE: STUDENT INTERVIEW
The Student Interview (SI): Upon an applicants acceptance, his/her new objective would be to conduct an in-game interview with one of the relevant employees. The Student Interview aims to gauge the said applicants roleplay ability as well as to get a clear idea of his/her personality. Ambition, interest and motivation are the main keypoints of the Student Interview.
Instructions to complete the SI step are withheld.
STUDENT STAGE: STUDENT EXAM
The Student Exam (SE): If an applicant successfully passes the Student Interview, he/she is asked to complete a written examination based on the information presented by the operational handbook, under a specific deadline. The Student Exam contains several questions derived from the handbook.

CADET STAGE: TRAINING BUREAU PROGRAM
The Training Bureau Program (TBP): The core of a cadet’s journey in the San Andreas Police Department. The Training Bureau Program represents an opportunity for Cadets to reflect their theoretical knowledge in the field, with the assistance and supervision of Field Training Officers who will regularly compile patrol reports for each Cadet. A Cadet will be required to complete a minimum of ten (10) field training patrols before becoming eligible for the Final Examination, as well as attending a certain amount of training sessions.
Instructions to complete the TBP step are withheld.
CADET STAGE: FINAL EXAMINATION
The Final Examination (FA): Once a Cadet successfully completes the Training Bureau Program, he/she will have to conduct a final patrol in order to examine his/her field performance. The Final Examination poses as the last ability assessment phase in the Cadet Stage as it determines the future of the Cadet within the San Andreas Police Department.

NOTES REGARDING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Keep yourself updated with the status of the ongoing wave, as posting a Background Application after closure of recruitment will result into an instant denial.
- You may ask questions about the process to the employees of Personnel Management, however, harassment will not be tolerated.
- Due to the departmental vision in regards to equality of opportunities, Cadets that fail the Cadet Stage may not re-apply until the wave after the next one.

We provide accurate and soon monthly information - both internally and externally - about the operations and special events of the San Andreas Police Department. Greetings all,
The San Andreas Police Department has the pleasure to invite the citizens of the United States of Argonath, notably fellow state agencies, to the new year ceremony of twenty-sixteen. This large scale event is to express our deep satisfaction in the efforts invested by law enforcement officials during an action-packed twenty-fifteen, and it is certainly a way to appreciate every organisation, entity or party that made this possible. The San Andreas Police Department also believes that the closing year has been truly promising in terms of long-term co-operation with the bodies of the United States of Argonath. That being said, we would like to reiterate our will and our ambition in having a prosperous new year, a year that is set to be successful, considering the nature of the incoming changes.
Agenda:
1.) Opening speech from the Chief of Police.
2.) Unveiling of new landmiles.
3) Statement of future plans.
4) Unveiling of the Detective Training Program.
5) Unveiling of the Internal Affairs Division.
6) Unveiling of the Manual.
7) Announcing promotions and awards.
8) Closing speech.
Yet again, we are of the firm belief that this ceremony would be an unveiling of the future. However, this would not be feasible without the collaboration of all persons. Thus, the San Andreas Police Department confirms its attachment to the community and would like to wish a happy, jovial new year on the behalf of all its employees.

What would the duties of a detective be considering the lack of script support? Homicide? Murderer is auto sus'd and no crime scene. Robbery? Mostly ends in shootouts and cops winning. Vice? Hookers aren't really used so idk. Narcotics could work but I can't see how the others will.

I wouldn't take it as shitting either, i'm really glad that you are interested into finding out more. Anyways i'll scrap-out some stuff of what Detectives are supposed to do, it's time for us to be feeding people with roleplay more then bullets, but at the same time we'll be reciprocal to what players offer us.

- Provide professional and quality investigations - Suspects who surrender, 911 calls that need to be looked on..
- Provide community care in troubled neighborhoods.
- Provide scene security for crime-scenes.
- Perform crime scene investigations.
- Perform vehicle collision investigations.
- Perform internal departmental investigations and surveys.
- Gather departmental statistics.
- Gather information that can be used during daily shift-briefings, held by Sergeants.
- Cross-agency communication.
- Passing on leads and information to the FBI.

Message from the Chief:
Esteemed President, mayor, CIA and FBI delegates, SAPD officials, and citizens of the United States of Argonath.
Before I start off this eagerly awaited ceremony, I would like to express a few words in terms of th past. The ARPD made its debut on the 6th of April, 2007, by the honourable Kaltsu. Since the, the profession of policing has changed, always trying to reach perfection, and let alone keep up the highest of standards. I began my career at 2008, and it is quite fascinating how I managed to spend nine years under the realms of this department. Throughout my history as a police officer, I underwent several eras, under several chiefs and certainly different visions; I learned from everyone, and I started as a cadet to reach this peak. Granted, I had my problems, but determination has never been an issue. Back in the day, you could tell that our resources were negligible. As time went by, I have realized that one organisation cannot function perfectly in the absence of others; this is why I would like to thank the FBI, CIA and MGI. In a time when technology is dominant, progress is needed. Hence, we have been ever working to improve our policing in order to adapt to this modernization. Not only for the sake of departmental prestige, but also for the sake of our officers who will definitely not be disappointed with what we have to offer. Thank you everyone.

Hello to the Officers and Citizents present at this ceremony. I am happy to be here today and witness how the SAPD has changed over the years! As Chief told you, SAPD was founded by Kaltsu. And when it was founded it had something special in mind! The idea was that SAPD was to be the group of well trained Officers that would follow to the highest standards. Group that is both feared and respected, that everyone would be happy to join and work for! While things may have changed, today is a sign that SAPD has reached those goals. I am sure that they will continue to serve and protect the citizens! Both of them! I hope that we will enter into a more and peaceful society! And that the elections will give citizenship a larger chance. While i am here i would also like to adres the civilians present and them them fro their presence and patience! While some may not always see SAPD as their true hero, they took time to be here and witness these people. I do hope that you will try to have good relations with them. In a time when change is needed, we have brought change to the department. Individual forces, unlike in the past, have unified in a collective fashion, in order to condition a whole new adventure within the policing community. To that extent, I am of the belief that there has not been any moment short of potential throughout the previous twelve months, and it is quite undeniable how we managed to reshape the course of events leading to this prosperity. As professor Eric Weil said, and I reaffirm, there would - certainly - be a bright future for every invested effort. I am thrilled to reiterate that precious statement. At last, I would like to divert my thankings to the public, delegates from parallel organisations, the persons of Mr Gandalf and Mr Dentico, and law enforcers across the states. OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Officers of San Andreas Police Department,
As we all know, year of 2015 was full of many events, major changes have been implemented in the department to which I could say they are the most effective changes ever happened during the past few years. It was a year which had its up and downs, but its ups were much more than its downs, we have achieved 80% of our goals, however, it's never enough; we all are expected to give our best in order to achieve our desired goals. I have some statistics of how much narcotics and how many weapons were confiscated in year of 2015, check the following graph:

S.W.A.T - Q4 Statistics
2015 has been a busy year for the Special Weapons & Tactics team. There have been a lot of new changes to the structure of the division as well as numerous procedural changes. To adapt to the constant changing nature of the server, the team has been training rigorously to ensure that they are ready to respond to any situation required. In addition, we have decided to add several new operatives to the team to fight against the increased crime rate.
We would like to release to the following statistics for Q4 of 2015 (1st of October till 31st of December 2015) so that the citizens are aware what the division has been doing behind the scenes:
Number of callouts: 65 (An average of one callout every 1 and a half days)

Statistics explained:
Initial statistic
65 callouts in the space of one quarter is quite a large increase compared to previous quarters. This clearly shows an increase in the crime rate currently in the state.
SWAT Callouts by type
Crime suppression duty was clearly the most called out situation. This is expected as it normally includes responding to large C30's, patrolling areas of high crime and apprehending highly wanted suspects.. These types of situation are common and occur on a daily basis.
Hostage outcome
Thankfully, the SWAT team has saved more hostages than it has lost however, the team's aim is to have no casualties during a situation, although sometimes the hostages death can be pointed to poor role-play and attitude from the other side.
Suspect outcome
These statistics are a great indicator of the work the hard team has been doing. The reason most of the suspects that have been killed can be put down to the nature of the situations that SWAT responds to, which normally ends up deadly force to be used due to life threatening behavior or failure to comply.
Goals for 2016:
In 2016 we hope to:
- Decrease the number of suspects killed and increase the number that are arrested.
- Save more hostages, decrease the number of killed hostages.
- Increase the number of operatives per callout.

MUGSHOT OF CARTER GREY ARRESTING OFFICER TERRANCE GIBSON
February 8th, 2016, approximately 17:00 CET, a man had kidnapped a group of men and shot one of them. This was discovered when Senior Officer Terrance Gibson of the San Andreas Police Department had received an anonymous call on his personal smartphone. Senior Officer Gibson states that, "the caller seemed very scared and nervous, so I wanted to help out". In the phone call, Senior Officer Gibson was informed of the situation, as well as an slightly accurate location of this issue, which was at a house right next to Mulholland Intersection.

Upon arrival, units were called by Gibson himself, where the unit had also called for an ambulance. On first arrival, Senior Officer Gibson and Sergeant-in-Training Julian Kolta had knocked on the door, attempting to ask around for information. However, a man soon identified as Carter Grey answered to the door and said to "come in". As the officers stepped in, the officers had seen a blood trail as well as a chaotic situation where people were panicking. Senior Officer Gibson states that the situation was very difficult to control at first, however the teamwork of arriving units managed to solve the issue.

Once everyone was calmed down, officers began frisking the people who were initially there one by one. Everyone was cleared therefore was let free and were decided as victims, and the only person left who was not frisked was the man shot. A medic was tending to that victim, meanwhile other officers were searching the entire residency. Soon enough, Sergeant-in-Training Julian Kolta had found a pistol behind a microwave in the kitchen. SAPD Lieutenant Taseen Chowdhury who was also on scene had ran the fingerprints on the pistol, which determined ownership to a Carter Grey.

Carter Grey was identified earlier in the frisking, however walked out of the house in plain sight. A Be-On-Look-Out was issued to find the man, and was soon seen just west of Los Santos City Hall. A felony stopped was conducted, where the suspect was compliant. He was taken in by the SAPD, and questioned in the Los Santos Police Department.

A witness who will remain unnamed had identified Carter Grey as the perpetrator, who was also called a "monster" by the witness. After having all the pieces of evidence of a shot man, a gun with fingerprints of the suspect, and a witness to confirm the crimes, Carter Grey was arrested and sent to jail.

The man shot unfortunately was confirmed deceased five days later. The Emergency Medical Services had performed intensive care and a brain function test, where no response came in the test.
Carter Grey is currently serving a life sentence in Mordor State Prison, for kidnapping, assault, and murder.
A statement taken from Critical Care Paramedic, Steven Kolta, attending medic.
At the scene, the situation was extremely tense. Particuluarly while the police were trying to establish a crime scene and find out what happened. The injured man sustained a significant injuries. The patient was put into a medically induced coma to take over the mans breathing so his brain has a chance to settle down. Unfortunately, it was discovered the man had significant internal bleeding from such a horrific attack. At this stage, the only way to keep the man alive long enough to make it to the hospital was to make a small incision to insert a chest drain.
Whilst the patient was still being assessed, it was discovered he had a major head injury which resulted in emergency mini operation to release the pressure build up from inside his brain. It is shocking how such a violent attack was carried out and ended up with this man not surviving from his injuries, despite all the best medical intervention to keep him stable. I personally would love to see justice carried out upon the small minded individual who carried out this frenzid attack.

I couldn't have done it without my fellow officers. It's unfortunate that one of those victims had been killed, but we're lucky that the other victims survived. It was very brave of the deceased man to try and contact someone outside of the situation. I'm just glad that the number he called was mine.

February 9th, 2016, approximately 22:00 CET, a nine-one-one call was made to the San Andreas Police Department regarding suspicious activity at Willowfield, specifically the small alleyway east of Willowfield Ammunation. The nine-one-one call informed the police department that there was a possible kidnapping situation in described area. Captain Celso Williams was first to respond and investigate the situation, where he had claimed to witness a man wielding and discharging an AK-47 assault rifle on a roof.

Chief of Police Rashid King was present at the time of the incident, and sent out a small squadron of equipped officers to the scene to investigate. As the squadron arrived on scene, subjects began to enter a residency, where one subject had also attempted to flee, however was taken into custody. An officer had to shoot open the door, as it was locked.

Upon entering the abode, four men were sitting at a table. They were forced to lay on their stomachs and get frisked. Officers had found desert eagles on two of the men, and was taken as evidence by the SAPD.

The four men were cuffed, and lined up on their bottoms. Captain Celso Williams was called to identify the shooter, and he picked out a man identified as Daniel Harris.

The squadron was soon finishing up, while other officers were outside and scoping the area. Shell casings were found on the roof of the building where Captain Williams had claimed to see Harris discharge the weapon.

Harris was soon taken to the Los Santos Police Department and sentenced to prison. Harris's comrades who were with him had personally went to the Los Santos Police Department to retrieve their desert eagles back, and the SAPD had agreed to return the weaponry.

Conclusively, the SAPD had made a arrest on one Daniel Harris at Willowfield for discharging a weapon in public for no reason. However, the AK-47 assault rifle is yet to be found and is still being searched for.

On February 12th, 2016, approximately 24:00 CET, the SAPD had decided to begin a foot patrol throughout the local populated areas of Los Santos. The formation of the police department was recognized by the community and attracted the civilian's sight.

SAPD foot patrol squad saluting the civilians of San Andreas.The SAPD exuded confidence and perhaps even the thought of safety to the civilians, however a nine one one call was made during the foot patrol regarding a man being attacked, and robbed of his clothing. The SAPD made a hasty response of sprinting to the man in distress, where the police began to question and acquire notes of who performed such an act.

Soon enough, a unit had discovered the whereabouts of the suspect across All Saints Hospital. A felony stop was performed, and the suspect was compliant.

The suspect was soon identified as Rusty., and was taken to the Los Santos Police Department. The SAPD created a lineup of two people and the actual suspect who fit the description provided by the victim. The victim picked the man that the SAPD had taken custody, and was soon taken to the prison.

The victim who shall not be named was issued protection by the SAPD due to intelligence that there may be an attempted assassination on him. Senior Officer Terrance Gibson and Derek Cortez were assigned as the protection unit and soon set out to the victim's residence. Shockingly, the known assassination was a fact and they had attempted to kill the victim. The victim was shot twice in the leg, while another bullet was taken by Gibson. The victim was sent back safe inside the police department while Cortez and other units dealt with the assassins. There were two assassins, where one was deceased by lethal force and the other was jailed, identified as Grandpa Corleone. The victim was escorted to All Saints Hospital to recover and get taken care of. He was sent home with more protection with advanced weaponry.

This is a great platform for the department to share information with the community. It could be used to provide emergency alerts to the citizens and may even be useful if information can be coordinated between the public and the police department to help fight crimes. I have always seen great potentials of the Public Affairs department and I am delighted to see the hardworking San Andreas Police Department Staff take extra time to bring transparency in the community. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for your valuable comment, Nexus. We are always open for constructive input that helps us assess the quality of what we deliver to the public (press releases being an example), as the department is and has always been built on a concept: the people are the police. Therefore, the department will always seek to cooperate and coordinate its efforts with the public. I do agree that this platform is a big step towards transparency.
However, this section is not even nearly finished. It will undergo some drastic changes in the future in order to improve the quality of the information. I certainly can't release a fixed date but while at it there will be regular updates.

On the 19th of April 2016 the SAPD confiscated a record number of cannabis plants from several sites across the state of San Andreas:

Site 1 – Flint Tunnel, Flint County
Whilst on patrol, Captain Celso Williams and Senior Officer Marcus Ferreira could see a large plantation of what seemed like cannabis located on top of a hilltop. The Officer proceeded to climb up the mountain and stumbled across over 230 plants; most of which were ready to harvest. Additional backup was called in (in the form of Chief Rashid King and Senior Officer Derek Cortez) and the processing of the plants began. During this period, several armed men, believed to be the growers of the substance, arrived on location and began firing at the officers. After a brief shootout, all of the suspects were taken down, which meant the officers were free to continue their processing after FBI Division Chief Matthew Carter had arrived on scene.

Site 2 – Montgomery, Red County
A 911 call from a concerned citizen came in regarding several men near a medium sized cannabis farm. Lieutenant Taseen Chowdhury, Senior Officer Thomas Kolta and Officer Solis quickly arrived on scene and secured the area. We were all aware of several men driving around the area and were cautious when they approached the plants. They withdrew their weapons after refusing to leave the area and fired at the officers present on scene. Another shootout occurred and once again they were downed. The substance was eventually all confiscated and stored away.

Site 3 – Shady Creek, Whetstone
Whilst scouting around site 1, Chief King noticed another large scale cannabis production. This time it was on the slope of a hill spanning downwards. As the growers were still at the location, Chief King gathered a task force of units at Angel Pine to secure the area. Once arriving on scene, the growers fired towards the officers and were eventually taken out. Once this had concluded, Lieutenant Chowdhury, Senior Officer Thomas Kolta and Recruit Alexander finished bagging and tagging the evidence.

Site 4 – Mount Chiliad, Whetstone
Another vigilant civilian, this time a pilot called in about two to three men on the side of Mount Chiliad in Whetstone, growing what seemed to be cannabis. Several Officers (Lieutenant Chowdhury, Officer FredericK, Officer Damien Taylor, Recruit Julio Kolta and Recruit Felipe Mendez) arrived on location and engaged in once again another shootout with the perpetrators. After this brief encounter, the officers moved in and harvested the plants, storing it in a secure location.
Outcome:
As a result of this day, the SAPD was able to confiscate 1537 grams of cannabis coming from a total of 535 plants. The largest plantation was at Flint tunnel, whilst the smallest was located at Montgomery. All of the substances confiscated during this day have been moved to a secure location and are currently scheduled for destruction. All of this would not only have been possible without the teamwork displayed by the SAPD, but also the concerned citizens who rightfully reported the crimes being committed.

Approximately on 9th of May, 2016, 15:30 CET multiple backup calls were required, three Police Officers and one FBI Agent were downed by heavily armed individuals. Captain Celso Williams, Detective Kevin Parker and I responded to the backup call, however the armed individuals were believed to be more than five, three of us managed to track the location of the armed individuals. "Prickle Pine, Las Venturas" was the place where the armed individuals were, we also managed to recognize who those individuals were.
After an investigation Detective Parker determined that the plantation and the murder suspects, who had murdered the three Police Officers and the FBI Agent, were a part of the Luciano Crime Family.
Upon arriving on scene Cpt. Celso Williams, Sergeant Collins and Detective Kevin Parker established a secure position and decided to approach the situation whilst at the same time keeping a safe distance, it turned out that they had planted a huge amount of Cannabis and that they were protecting it. When the officers established an advantageous position they were fired upon by the suspects who used heavy weaponry to attack the Law Enforcement officers.
Being outnumbers Captain Williams called in for backup, after few minutes FBI responded and backed up the officers.
After an intense shootout the suspects were taken down, Lethal Force was used and one was placed under arrest.

Approximately 16:00 CET, the SAPD and the FBI managed to take control on the Cannabis Plantation. After a brief conversation between FBI Agent Leonardo, Captain Williams and Sergeant Collins regarding how they would contain such a large area they decided that they would need more units on scene to take car of the seizure and complete removal of all Cannabis plants.

Once the additional units arrived on scene, they started destroying the Cannabis plants. However, it took us several hours to destroy the plants as it was a huge amount.

Fort Carson Sheriff

Fort Carson, some call it a city of dreams where anything is possible. With increased population over the few weeks the crime rate has also rocketed. We took a look what is really happening in the town and how is the local law enforcement handling it. Here's a short interview with the Fort Carson sheriff, Charles Doherty.
What measures is the local sheriff department taking in order to prevent crimes happening?
Charles Doherty: Wherever there's life; there's crime. We cannot deny that fact, San Andreas in general has been widely known as the most notorious region of all. Let me tell you, partner, we know what we signed up for. We're all trained individuals that when it comes to crime, we've seen it all. Preventing crimes from happening is easily said rather done, but we've taken our measures upon moving to 'Carson. Regular night shifts, every day patrols and constant investigations on each and every 'Carson's corner are taking place on the first day of the local Sheriff's Department resurrection. All we can promise for now is our dedication and hard work with dignity and honesty. A cleaner and better day in the streets of Fort Carson hasn't arrived yet, but we're almost there.
What are the major issues that you are facing in the Bone County and Tierra Robada region?
Charles Doherty: The cartels. As we all sadly know, Bone County and Tierra Robada are the regions that lack constant observation. We've taken over Fort Carson and as you may have noticed it's already hard enough to manage to keep the town in line on our terms. The cartels, in association with 'Santos and 'Fierro Mobs tend to commence their gun and drug trafficking and deals at 'Robada's and Bone County's lowest populations towns. The SAPD provides air units when possible, but that's not enough. We're doing our best however, and there are exciting plans on improving and reviving the local Sheriff's Department all around Tierra Robada and Bone County regions. Priority lies with Los Santos and Fort Carson at the moment but we're definitely keeping an eye to as many regions as possible.
Is there anything you would like to say to the public?
Charles Doherty: Our small department has its doors open for those that are interested in some real police work, join the sheriffs department!

Summary:
As we ware patrolling around 'Santos along Officer McColey and Recruit Dusty, we received a 911 call from Fort Carson resident Tom Adams that a human body was found ripped at Fort Carson. We wasted no time and arrived at scene at ETA of 5 minutes. As we arrived, we spotted the niner right next to the scene and immediately asked him back off in order to go on with collecting the necessary information regarding the scene. After being fully equipped with the necessary equipment (latel gloves etc), Officer McColey along with Dusty's assist collected all possible evidence surrounding the body which led to a Chinese 'Santos resident named Zao Feng ([Rstar]Manoni). After questioning Tom Adams for full data and information regarding Fort Carson's state before the incident, I asked him to stick around for future investigations as Zao Feng's current state and whereabouts unknown. Each and every evidence from the crime scene is located in Fort Carson's evidence locker room.

Summary: We first received a 911 call regarding the accident.

We responded to the scene and found a group of civillians standing around the crime scene. According to witness Thomas Johnson, the truck driver was either intoxicated or under influence and nearly hit the gas station. His trailer undetached and the container he was transporting fell off. The truck driver himself kept going and fled the scene. We found a dead corpse inside the container:

According to the autopsy, the corpse had been dead for a few days. We are trying to identify the body.
We barricaded the area and waited for TED to arrive. The trailer had hit the local gas station aswell, owner will be contacted regarding it. It was a good co-operation between TED and air division, we immediately managed to get a chopper out and lift the container up in order to clear the scene. The container was transported to the hangar in LVAP, STAR base. Soon after the crime scene was released.

We released the crime scene after collecting all the evidences and made sure that the road was cleared and safe to use and there was no harm done to the Gas Station in order to grant the safety of the fuel bumps.

The San Andreas Police Department Public Affairs is glad to announce that it's Discord (https://discord.gg/tsAsWX8) is no longer restricted to members. As such police volunteers are now able to have a direct line of contact with the department. This change was pushed forth by Chief of Police Bas McCane to improve communication on the field and assist in emergency backup requests.
This change furthermore assists in the request of tactical units to be dispatched. As well as a direct link to the FBI Liaisons present on the discord server, for situations which require a more specialised approach.
