It's been a while since i had this problem and a few games including minecraft don't run , also the windows movie maker ..
I've tried plenty of driver detectors the amd driver detector itself(from the official site) and none of them works.

If someone will help me update this i will be very grateful .
Thankyou.

What OS are you currently using?
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Use the "Manually Select Your Driver" section, sadly for the X1 series it only has drivers for Windows XP or Vista, so you may need to just use the Vista drivers.

X1650 is the card model and X1xxx is the card series; if you are running a 32bit Operating System try - http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=Legacy1&os=Windows%20Vista%20-%2032
If you are running a 64bit Operating System try - http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=Legacy1&os=Windows%20Vista%20-%2064
Download the "WDM Integrated Driver" and install that.
Open My Computer, right click and go to "properties" it should say what operating system you have under the "Windows Edition" section and "System Type" should say either 32bit or 64bit.

Your operating system is for example Windows 7. Windows XP, Windows 8.1, Windows Vista, Linux and MacOSX are all examples of operating systems. But since there's only two drivers for that card just go with the one Devin posted. :)

Installed both of the drivers and damn , WORKS!
Thankyou devin and salmonella .
