Title: Outcome of Antonio Gvardia Review

I am Tinmothy Manners here with the news.

First off Mayor of San Fierro Antonio Gvardia was found not guilty due to lack of evidence the FBI failed to positively identify the criminal and yes I am going to say criminal because whoever this person was obviously shooting at the police.

Looking here in retrospect, you see that the criminal was shooting at the SWAT and FBI the police have attempted to pepper spray him just trying to detain him...Look here the SWAT team is very professional and well trained as you can see he did not take the shot (against the civilian) that could had ended his carreer.
As you can see here the criminal and now running away on foot here and the police have to detain him to get his positive identification from him. The thing is here SWAT and FBI did let the man go he could easily die and he dont have identification and that is what happened in court the criminal was wearing a mask and that is how he got away with it.

In my 6 years of Law Enforcement it is hard I I give FBI credit for suing the Mayor of San Fierro not in a roleplay prospective. In my 6 years it is hard to capture somebody like this it is just a simple fact that the FBI and SWAT failed to detain capture his identification. When you are going after someone in the high position of authority especially governor of Mayor of San Fierro. These people are going to have veterans that are going to back them up and assist them in court and there plan worked perfectly.

I mean you can see that they proved that the FBI does not have the proper evidence to sue and make these accusations in court. Because it will come down to did he die due to the gunshot wounds, especially in this court was he wearing a mask is this the individual they were really after for. The system itself is almost impossible for Law Enforcement to win. The only way to do so is to detain them and obtain there licenses or you can also get their fingerprints to verify who they are.

Furthermore you can see here the SWAT are rallying up because they don't want to go after the guy alone. But here I think they were ordered to stand down and not kill the guy because later their plan was initially just to sue them in court and see what happens. I give FBI credit for that but again they let an active shooter go and that is kind of bad on them at the same time I understand their prospective of and they are just trying to do their job. Anyway whoever this man was gets caught.

I am Tinmothy Manners with the news.

Today I was driving on my way to San Fierro until I saw not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 vehicles parked in front of the city hall building.

I thought to myself is that illegial because before the law said parking is not be done in front of government official buildings.

The law has changed According to Section III Act III.III states "One person is allowed to park in front of state buildings, but his vehicle may be towed away to the nearest police department on request of the person in charge at the mentioned building or if found obstructing an essential spot for the public services"

So citizens of Argonath go ahead and park your vehicles in front of the city hall! You have that right to do so.

On next SAPD news they have a ceremony January 4th on a Monday 2016 time and location will be announced soon. Former Chief of San Andreas Mike Sangelo was moved to rank of Command Advisory but now due to deep inactivity he is now Honrary Senior Officer the reason states he may return back to this role once he is back active and reports to the new Chief. We will have more news about this soon.

I am Tinmothy Manners with the Fuckdaforumwork have a great night and hopefully this concludes my news and I will have more maybe next week or so. Thank you have a good night. Peace.

I think that there is no point in bringing this back.

You are not a judge, nor a lawyer to go agaisnt the decisions of the court. If the FBI would like to appeal the decision that it has been made then they would've open another case to reevaluate the evidence given from both parties, this is nothing of that.

A concerned citizen going up against the higher parties. It happens in-real life too.
I'd love to see Antonio make an IC event to set up his imago and stuff like that.

Unfortunatly ARgonath doesn't have an OP lab that can  check DNA around our fists and around the area since he was ''bleeding''

The mayor Antonio Gvardia will hold a conference when he returns  (IRL holidays) at the San Fierro City Hall to clear any doubt that might have been left. In the mean time, don't spread lies or any other bullshit.

TYVM.

Looks like some people, just can't get over the fact they started celebrating before the case even started. Apply cold water on burned areas.

@Celso, FBI didn't had a problem in easily proving last 2-3 cases they submitted against other people. Without being falsely humble, they didn't won not because "there's no DNA lab", yet because Me and Tony didn't lose a single case in 6 years of our law work on Argonath. Both as Prosecutors and a as Defenders.
