Before I go into full discussion, I want to state that cops are overpowering criminals in every possible way and scenario, please don't try to deny it.
Cops have:
The numbers most of the time.
Free guns(Deagle, everything else for higher ranks and everyone on operations).
Free armour(For higher ranks/operations).
Free advanced guns(for higher ranks/operations).
Hydras and Hunters.
RPGs without notoriety requirement(wtf rly).
Criminals have:
Nothing, no really, nothing. With RPGs being given to cops, we're at "no advantage"(not as if we had any anyway), I dare any cop to prove me otherwise.
Cops contribute nothing to criminal RP, they just put a pointless end to it. All situations end with a massive shootout and cops winning, even if they lose the first round or two, why? Because the regroup and return. As I said above, cops have the numbers, and most situations involve 4-8 criminals on the maximum, and if they had more, with free equipment cops have, they should have no problem dealing with the situation. Once a cop is shot and killed, he should go back to his duty and find something else to do because as of now, cops have no fear of death because they would just return over and over until they finally win, which is just plain stupid. The average numbers of cops on the server is ~20, which is half of it most of the time, those guys can handle situations with their fancy /weaponequip's and /rearm's. If they can't, they should just get off duty and /groupleave. If cops are restricted from returning after death, they will put more effort in not risking their lives and playing it safe, instead of the regular shenanigans we see everyday.
