ABOUT US
The Liberty City Fire Department, officially the Fire Department in the City of Liberty (FDLC). is a department of the government Liberty City that provides fire protection, technical rescue, primary response to biological, chemical and radioactive hazards. The Fire Department of Liberty City usually co-operate with the Liberty City Police Department (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=160.0), and Emergency Medical Services (http://www.arfd.argonathrpg.com/ems/forum/index.php?board=126.0) in most of the situations including Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), bomb situations, fire extinguishing and securing perimeter around a building by disabling or enabling new ways, or functions.
The Liberty City Fire Department has it's own divisions (Stations) with their own tasks to provide a safe environment for citizens of Liberty City.
Fire and Rescue Division : Station 1 and the main Fire Suppression division of Liberty City Fire Department. The station usually perform general fire suppression tasks within the streets of Liberty City. Firefighters of Station 1 are highly trained for the following tasks :
- General Fire Suppression.
- Public Safety and Rescue.
- Motor / Vehicle Accidents.
- Biological, chemical and radioactive hazards.
- Defusing all types of Bombs.
- Suicidal Negotiations.
- Large-Leaks Repairing.
Airport Fires Division : Station 2 of Liberty City Fire Department. It operates within Liberty City Airport and areas surrounding it only. Firefighters of Airport Division are highly trained to suppress heavy types of fires caused by planes and helicopters. Firefighters of Station 2 are trained on the following tasks :
- Fire Suppression within Francis International Airport(FIA), and areas surrounding it.
- Inspect and declare safe/hazardous of any establishments, businesses, buildings, vehicles or any such object within the Francis International Airport.
- Providing Safety equipments to planes, helicopters, or any establishments within Francis International Airport to prevent the fire.
Fire Prevention and Investigation Bureau : Station 3 of Liberty City Fire Department. It operates all over the city except Francis International Airport. This station is responsible for public safety. its' tasks :
- Inspections of any public places, government buildings, and important areas to make sure it's provided with safety equipments.
- Investigations of Fire causes.
- Public Safety Education and Awareness.
- All requirements for Fire Prevention.

environment from fires, natural disasters, life threatening situations, and to assist other
emergency agencies.

HeadQuarter and Fire Stations
The Liberty City Fire Department stations are positioned all around the city. The address of each fire station can be found below:

- Francis International Airport, Dukes. - Francis International Airport Fire Station
- Worm Street, Northern Gardens, Bohan, - Bohan Fire Station "Ladder 69"
- Exeter Avenue, Northwood, Algonquin. Between Boleyn St. - Northwood Fire Station
- Frankfort Avenue, Westminster, Algonquin, also known as "Engine 47" (unmarked on map). - Westminster Fire Station
- Privateer Road, Fishmarket South, Algonquin. - Fishmarket South Fire Station
- Vitullo Avenue, Berchem, Alderney, also known as "Ladder Company No. 1" and "Engine Company No. 2". - Berchem Fire Department
- Hardtack Avenue, Tudor, Alderney. - Tudor Fire Station
The main HeadQuarter of the FDLC is located at "Dillon Street, Rotterdam Hill, Broker", behind the Dukes/Broker City Hall . The FDLC HeadQuarter is the main station in the City of Liberty, and the most active one. The Command staff's offices of the department are also located there.
Services & Equipments
The Liberty City Fire Department provides the citizens of Liberty different kind of services. The list of some of services can be found bellow:
- Fire Protection: We provide fire protection services, and the services are usually extinguishing the fire, and stopping the flames. The fire situations are usually reported by the citizens of Liberty through the emergency line, and the dispatchers will follow it over the radio to the firefighters on-duty to respond to the scene. The firefighters usually respond in less than five minute to the scene.
- Medical Treatments: After the Liberty City Emergency Medical Service (EMS), the fire department has it's own medical staff whose job is to respond to the situations that requires them in. They are members of the department, and they are well trained and educated about their job.
- Large-Leaks Repairing: The department provides services to the citizens who cannot solve. And the leaks are usually gas leaks which are dangerous for the people, and especially those who live near the incident scene.
- Suicide situations: The department also provides a service with best negotiators and equipments that can and should be used during a suicide situation. Our job during those situation is to not allow the person who's committing suicide.
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA): The members of the department are trained about the Motor Vehicle Accidents which are the most situations that happen. They are equipped with effective tools and equipments that will make their way to the patient.
- Education and Public Awareness: The department provides education programs for the people who wishes to learn about the basic treatment and the what-to-do situations. The service is completely free.
The Liberty City Fire Department is provided with the most effective and needed tools for their work. Those tools allow the staff to do their job easily and without any faults.

Hey!
I have some suggestions for a better LCFD system and making look like it more skilled and handy.
I'm talking about one of the most important suggestions for the LCFD that refers to RS1.8 Server version, I had not yet occasion to try the new RS2 update.
I think you should add is chat the rank of the Fireman, like in san andreas as i saw.

It intrigues you and that you ask yourself "what? i didnt know there are ranks in Fireman duty...!"
Also i think low ranked firemen have to be light red colored and High ranked firemen have to be darker colored relatively to their rank.
And about the FD, when i was going on Fireman duty there were many cases when there were NOT Fire Trucks available... i think every FD has to have 2-3 FT parked , like at Broker FD there should be 1 FT outside on road (as now) and 2 FT inside the station park as in single player.
You could also deploy there few firemen NPC guys, as the weed dealers to make it look like more realistic.
This is all for today , i hope this will implemented in the game (radio, vehicles and NPCs shortly) that would be very cool.

Announcemnts.
Greetings Citizens Of Liberty City,
It has been very long since the department released an announcement.
All citizens of Liberty City haven't heard anything interesting from the department since it had a new leadership.
You are wondering what's going on and what happened with it? Then you are in the right place to know what happened.
Since the department had new leadership which was at the end of year 2018, the department went into a huge maintenance and development.
We were not sleeping in that period, we were working on our department to get it back on track as an effective government organization.
We invented new systems, implemented new ideas and suggestions for a better and a safe environment for our citizens.
Let's start with general changes :
- Creation of three new public, independent divisions (Stations) from each other within the Liberty City Fire Department.
+ Fire and Rescue Division.
+ Airport Fires Division.
+ Fire Prevention and Investigations.
☆ Those divisions are not recognized yet, a public court case will be made very soon to get recognized.
- Removal of Medical division.
- Creation of new internal divisions :
+ Administrative Division;
+ Academy Division : Responsible for academy for all divisions of the department.
+ Public Relations Office : For public notifications, messages and for receiving public feedbacks.
+ Internal Affairs Division : Handling Complaints, and watching performance of firefighters and plus, to ensure they are working upon the regulations, procedures of the department.
Promotions and Resignations :
- We are sad to announce that former Chief Dwayne Johnson has resigned from the department for inactivity and real life issues.
+ On other side, we are glad to announce that Dread Anguilo has been promoted to Chief. Congratulations!
+ Mac Tylor has been promoted to Deputy Chief.
+ CarlosKolta was invited into the department to take a Commander Rank of Station-1(Fire and Rescue Division) for a trial period, but due to department protocol he should pass his academy phase first.
+ Dread Anguilo was appointed as Legal Representative of the Department. (In-Charge of Public Relations Office.)
+ Mac Tylor was appointed as Academy Leader. (In - Charge of Academy Division.)
- Dimos Resigned from the department.
Other general details :
+ Procedures and Radio Codes were added for the department personnel.
+Recruitment system, and information were updated.
+ A new rule was added upon a discussion with Emergency Medical Services Command Staff, from now on you are allowed to apply for FDLC and EMS at the same time.
+ As of today, our firefighters will be hosting awareness courses on how to protect yourself from fire hazards. (Courses are ready to be given to anyone at anytime, either ask a firefighter+ or wait for one of them to host it.)
+ Firefighters Trainings are currently on progress, we will host free trainings for fire volunteers soon.
+ Firefighters Awards will not be awarded to only firefighters + but also to volunteers and citizens.
Implementing a new system.
Here we will provide a small and short summary about this new system which will be explained in details in the upcoming court case.
This system aims to have a better and safe environment and aims to decrease rate of injuries in emergency situations.
The system is about providing all public, crowded and important places such as museums, hospitals, police stations, City hall, court hall, gas stations,..etc..
with safety equipments such as smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, sprinklers..etc
In the same time, the owners, and working people in that establishment will be trained on how to use those stuff incase of emergencies. (Part from training courses that we are going to host)
Those equipments will be provided by our firefighters of Station-3 (Fire Prevention and Investigations) for free.
For now, that's more than enough for this system, stay tuned for the upcoming court case for more information and other changes we took.
