I cannot login, it says that my password does not match the one in file.
I quite do not understand that, i've checked the VC:MP Information & Guide topic but still..
Can anyone help me?

You forgot your password I suppose.
Have you tried creating another account?

I set the password in Settings > Updater password.
And I typed it same.. But no I didnt try creating new account, I will try now then.

That is a setting for the modification itself, not your server password.
