Title: SA:MP for Android

As there's GTA San Andreas for android, is it possible to have SA:MP at your android phone? I know there's nothing official about it but there are some videos on youtube where people are playing SA:MP at their android phones.
So is it really possible or can it be possible somehow?

Probably teamviewer or moonlight or something. Which is just streaming your PC to your phone.
