Additional notes:
I was standing front of city hall, i saw my friend who is always annoyed from me, i asked him if he could get in my car, he refused and called admins, when admin arrived, i told him what i told my friend, then he told me did you provoke him 1week ago? I said yes, then he banned me. What suppose I do? I didn't lie to him, i told him that i provoked him 1 week ago. It is not fair to ban me aince i told him the truth

Awaiting on admin to respond to provide evidence of such flaming from a week before the ban and to give response as to other reasons stated.

And I would like to say that I'm sorry if I did insult or disrespected anyone and I promise that I will behave and read the rules again before I join  the server if unbanned.

As I said in my first post that I'm sorry if I did disrespected or insulted anyone.

I said these words in moment of angry and I feel bad that I said it

But I swear if I got another chance I will behave and fix my attitude towards everyone and if I did feel like that again I will just /q and chill then come back again.

Well I can't read that language but I presume it's something bad.  Either way shouldn't have been said in the first place, read over the rules again before you join the server.
