Title: test for drunk and high ppl

what about test ppl if they r drunk or high and that thay pay a fine if they are drunk or high

cop: pull over
*player pulls over!
cop: !drunk/hightest player <u need to be near the player>
Pm from admin: player is drunk/high and payed a fine of <amount fine>
Pm from admin: player is not drunk/high

nah it should be like vancouver... dont test for highness, just test for drunks... i like high ppl let em be freedomized :)

driving when ur high should be punished 2 :poke:
