Expectations of our police officers

In order to join the force we require a certain number of traits that our officers possess. Below we have listed both primary and secondary skills which we would consider a mandatory requirement and a foundation for an applicant so that it can be built on during the academy.

Useful hyperlinks

Frequent Asked Questions are incase you still don't have an answer to your question. If this is the case, make sure to post your question in our PR topic (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=115678.0).

Issuing a ticket or fine

The first and most important rule is to be always friendly with the traffic offender.

After you commanded the offender to pull over, you must explain exactly what their done wrong and eventually the price of the ticket/fine offender is obligated to pay. In case that their is refusing to do so, you must warn/explain the offender about the consequences - becoming a suspect and eventually getting arrested. If the offender is still refusing to pay you are fully authorized to suspect for the traffic violation their committed.

After the person got suspected, he/she has a right for investigation if there was no evading from police. In case that it is proven by investigation that the ticket fine is justified, the person is offered with two options. One option is to pay for the ticket fine + compensation for the investigation, where compensation is of the same amount as the fine itself. In case that the person does not want to pay for the total fine, he/she is to be sent to jail. If needed, further discussion should be continued with a member of LCPD Command Staff.

Reminder:
If the driver does not want to roleplay the traffic stop, then you are to finish it as sooner as possible (just tell them the violation they performed and how much is the ticket). The reason is simple, forcing to roleplay is against the rules of the server.

Differences between veterans and newcomers

You should avoid fining newcomers. Instead of that explain them what they did wrong and what they should avoid to do in the future.

Here to use comes the /registration ID command which displays you if the specific player has a passport and driving license or not. If therefore driver does not have those two documents, then their specified under as a newcomer. It's better to just warn them with couple of siren signs than to instantly try to pull them over.

Do not automatically suspect them for "evading a traffic stop" better just see if they "want the chase" aka CopHunt/CopBait=Rulbereak in which case you should /report them to administration if they are persistent to get your attention. Or, if that is not the case, if they are just kind of lost and new to the whole story. Then, in that situation they should go along with logic and stop whatever they are doing after few siren warnings. If not, then try to pull them over and tell them what is wrong.

Ticketing system and rules

Be aware that any abuse of the tickets/fines or their prices may lead you to harsh punishments such as copban.

Also a temporary ban from server for misbehaving or even permanent ban from the server may be issued (in which case you really abused the system, by exaggerating it to "scamming")

LCPD CREATES NEW BOARDS FOR THE PUBLIC
Section called 'Public Guides'

This section serves to provide advanced knowledge of police work to those who wish to learn more about it, mostly to beginner or part-time police officers but also to other citizens of Liberty City. We will explain various aspects of police duty to those who cannot or do not want to join the Liberty City Police Department as full-time members, but still seek to improve themselves, expand their knowledge and provide more quality service to the city.

We will often run into details, however, all of the topics made in the board will be made in a way that is easily understandable to everyone. The goal is to raise a generation of police officers who, despite not being full-time members of the LCPD, are perfectly capable of doing their jobs on their own or in a team without the assistance of higher ranks. We want to spread awareness among fresh officers in a hope the quality of policing in Liberty City improves.

It all starts at YOUR desk
It is important to mention that guides can't and won't teach you everything. There is still a lot of things you have to discover yourself. In such cases though, do not be afraid to ask full-time members for assistance or advice. They are experienced law enforcers and will always do their best in order to help you out. Do not be afraid to contact them if you ever need anything. Try to patrol with them in game so they can pass some of their knowledge on you. It is also recommended to listen to their suggestions and orders during situations as they are trained to handle them.

Make sure to visit the board (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=777.0)

LCPD DEPLOYS HIGH SPEED UNIT
High Speed Unit mostly used to chase down fast vehicles

We came to the conclusion that the public is not aware of the existence of our newest NOOSE subdivision, called 'High Speed Unit'. In this press release we will clearify the existence of it and the main purpose it has on the main roads.

The High-Speed Unit is tasked to deal with traffic offenders, more specifically for stopping high-speed vehicles. During the application period, the members of the division will pass through a special training of driving techniques and blockade methods which will provide them with needed knowledge to efficiently do their work. The main task of HSU is to follow and eventually slow down or stop the pursued vehicle. Once the vehicle is stopped, the engaging of suspects is usualy left to the regular LCPD Officers.

Different vehicles
According to the vehicle, HSU members may choose between 2 cars they can chase with. The 2 cars and their handling is stated below.

Level 1 Vehicle - Sultan
The Sultan is a vehicle that has some of the highly needed features for our division such as good acceleration, 4-wheel drive and a good top speed. Also, even dough it has a bit more loosen up suspension, the overall braking and handling is good. During the first training sections you will be introduce to its driving characteristics more closely. The role of Sultan in HSU is to serve as a "default" vehicle for all the members who just got into the division or are yet to get the permission to use the Level 2 Vehicle.

Level 2 Vehicle - Infernus
Infernus falls under the group of sports cars that have high end performance. This vehicle was the choice of the division after completing number of tests with excellent score. Great acceleration, high top speed and excellent braking power overcame it's weaknesses such as understeer at high speeds and quite low clearance. However, the Infernus as a Level 2 vehicle is only available to those who proved themselves that they have mastered the advanced driving techniques which they learn in the first phase of their carrier in HSU.

LIBERTY CITY LAW CHANGES
Acts changed with approval of Judge

There have been made several changes regarding the laws in Liberty City. The LCPD requested a change of Act 91 and add some new laws to the current lawbook. Temporary Judge Conway granted thes laws.

The new laws will consist of the following:

Permanent access denial (based on Ordinance IX.I.I of the Liberty City Constitution) to the National Office of Security Enforcement Tactical Response Unit, headquarters located in Algonquin, East Holland, Bismarck Ave, and the and Crime Investigation Unit, headquarters located in Algonquin, Varsity Heights, Silicon street to all those who are not members of the organisation mentioned above or are high government officials (President, PM, Mayor, Minister of Defence) or were allowed into the aforementioned area by a member of the National Office of Security Enforcement Tactical Response Unit and Crime Investigation Unit.

Temporary access denial

The temporary access denial shall be enforced when Liberty City Police Department conduct a training in the aforementioned area.

Restricted parking areas
The right to move or tow away vehicles which directly obstruct access to a police station or otherwise limit or harden the movement of law enforcement vehicles in the area of a police station, thus indirectly putting lives in danger and obstructing justince in times of emergency. This applies to all vehicles not owned by the Liberty City Police Department or National Office of Security Enforcement Crime Investigation Unit members.

Change of Act 91
Changing the current version of Act 91 of the Liberty City laws ("Sell of drug - Selling drug is illegal") to a more general one: Drug trafficking - selling, buying, giving out or accepting given drugs is illegal. This change would give all operational law enforcement agencies in Liberty City the ability to have higher control of drug trafficking in the city, thus effectively lowering the amount of narcotics being dealt throughout the city.

LIBERTY CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT DECLARES MARTIAL LAW
Read the Chief's official statement below

Head of the Liberty City Police Department, Chief Charles F. Offdensen, has declared martial law starting on 1st of April 2016. Events leading to this are kidnappings, robberies and other terrorist activities which have become more and more frequent throughout the city in the last months. This will bring several important changes to the citizens of Liberty City.

Terrorists cause
Martial law will be declared starting from April 1st. At this moment I cannot say when it's going to end as there is no exact date on when we are going to finish fighting the last terrorists in our beautiful city. What I can say, though, is that Liberty City PD's members will be seen in the streets more often than ever before, joined by armoured Tactical Reponse Unit patrols and undercover Crime Investigation Unit agents. It will be quite harsh to the law obeying citizens, but we believe that enforcing martial law for a certain period of time will help us cleanse the city.

The changed laws
First of all, no one besides law enforcement officials is allowed to carry any kind of weapon for any reason. Posession of weapon will be classified under supporting terrorism and dealt with accordingly.

Secondly, everyone aside from law enforcement officials must submit himself or herself to a full search when travelling from one island or another. Units will be stationed at every bridge or road that connects islands. Refusing to submit to a search will be classified under supporting terrorism and dealt with accordingly.

Thirdly, everyone aside from law enforcement officials is expected to bring their vehicle to full stop at every major intersection. A major intersection is any intersection on a road with two or more lanes going in the same direction.

Fourthly, no one aside from law enforcement officials is allowed to remain in their vehicle unless they are driving or in the process of parking. Once parked, citizens must step out of their vehicles immediately.

Fifthly, every crime comitted during the martial law is considered an act of terrorism and will be punished on the spot.

Sixthly, the punishment for acts of terrorism during the martial law is death.

Yesterday, on the 1st of April, the Liberty City Police Department declared a martial law. We have searched many civilians at our checkpoints and checked every civilian if they were obeying the law. This was the case, meaning we are cancelling the martial law from today. Thank you for your coorporation and make sure to keep an eye out on terrorism.

CRIME INVESTIGATION UNIT DEFENDS LIBERTY CITY
States and islands secured by undercoverwork of CIU

The Crime Investigation Unit is a National Office of Security Enforcement sub-division, and it is focused on undercover operations, such as drug busts or preventing illegal arms deals, but also on gathering information. Its members will be picked from the rank of N.O.O.S.E. Cadet and above in order to make the risk of information leak as small as possible. Once an applicant is accepted, he will be taught about undercover ways by CIU command. As was said in the beginning, CIU's main task is to gather information. Once enough information are gathered, they will be handed to the LCPD and/or the TRU sub-division which will take action.

Defending
The Crime Investigation Unit is one of the main NOOSE sub-divisions that makes sure that crime-related persons are in no state of performing such high-priority crimes in any way. They investigate, do research on most-wanted persons and make sure these persons are monitored 24/7. They also are active on the drugdealing part of the city in coorporation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Detectives are tasked with investigations and interrogations. CIU will rarely be involved in a vehicle chase or a shootout!

Recruitment
As stated above, CIU tries to minimise the possibility of information leak. Therefore, it will only accept members who have proved they are trustworthy and also skilled in role-play and investigations. For these reasons, only LCPD Officers and above are able to join the division, after passing the N.O.O.S.E. Cadet stage.

STRICTER ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC LAWS
Vehicle license can be revoked more easily

With the introduction of the new act 103 (Any driver that is a danger to himself and to others on the public road, by proving multiple and repeating violations of any act of act 93, 94, 95, 96, 98, 99, 100, 101, can be subject of (temporary) license revocation), the Liberty City Police Department decided to enforce this new law more strict.

Sueing
With this new law as guide, we will start enforcing the traffic laws more strictly. This means we might gather more and more evidence of the citizen speeding, issue fines above $150 and even sue those whom ignore our warnings and fines. This may result in (temporary) revoking a driving license in combination with a penalty.

Including the acts
This new law includes: Driving with extreme speeds (act 93), driving on the wrong side causing extreme situations (act 94), doing extreme u-turns without checking mirrors (act 95), obstructing a fast lane for traffic (98) and extreme overtaking (act 101).

I like it  :bananarock: !!! It makes no sense but it's also funny, especially the cruisers with engine failure. I had once a problem with a Vapid Police interceptor , that was the engines failure too! waited for a mechanic around 20 mins and had also to pay for his work! that LCPD is very tightfisted... xD
P.S.
I also enjoyed the professional pictures taken by the photographer paparazzi xD   :war:  :cop: :cop: :cop: :cop: :cop:

Hello @leonkenndy, this is the wrong place to apply. When you apply for FBI at fbi.argonathrpg.com or for LCPD @ arpd.argonathrpg.com, post an application with the correct form and don't ask them to approve your request.

I would rate it 7 out of 10. Generally, LCPD is doing a good job, but not as It used to be back in 2015-2014, It is obvious to anyone that the server player count been decreasing gradually, and as a result, departments and groups activities got affected including LCPD, therefore we ain't seeing a lot of activity. Hopefully, this issue will be solved in the future as we move to T4.

As NOOSE are part of LCPD, this affects their overall performance. Sadly I rated 1 as I was rating some members of NOOSE TRU, I won't disclose why, but LCPD deserve an 8.

NOOSE TRU can service citizens better by showing a little general courtesy rather than carrying M4 rifles everywhere and aiming at civilians though  :uhm:

That is what NOOSE is there for. It's a law enforcement unit created with the idea to be deployed in more serious and dangerous situations such as terrorism, riots, kidnaps and etc.. It's their job to use military weapons and equipment. The cases that they respond to, suppose and require the usage of such weapons and the way they treat the civilians. Last of all they are not here to serve the citizens, but to serve and protect the law.
I don't see anything wrong with NOOSE and their work.

Introducing: LCPD Chief of Police Anthony Washington

It was the fourteenth of March, 1982. In the centre of the Netherlands I have been born. I will skip the boring part because noone is interested in seeing how my first little years of my life went. At the age of 19, I emigrated together with my parents to the United States of Argonath. In 2009, at the age of 26 I went to San Andreas and applied for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 2011 I even applied for the LCPD and have been accepted, the foundations of this department weren't that strong yet so togehter with Chief of Police hAWK, we strenghten the department. A couple of years later I left the United States of Argonath to visit my family back in the Netherlands, during a four year trip. In 2015, I went back to my parents and brother to live the Argonath dream.

At the end of 2015, I re-applied for a position in the LCPD. I got reinstated as Sergeant, but progressed further and furter, eventually getting reinstated to Captain just like my old position was back in 2011. In the following years I served under the command of Charles F. Offdensen and Mihail Junkovich. These command members at that time were getting older and older and figured there would be need for a better and more younger command staff in the LCPD. In September 2016 I have been promoted to Chief of Police and ever since I have been leading the LCPD. However, sometimes I have to step up and chase a highly dangerous criminal that is fleeing in the streets of Liberty City as N.O.O.S.E. Commander. I have been a N.O.O.S.E. Commander ever since I have been promoted as LCPD Chief.

Ofcourse I do not only have a professional side, but also a amateuristic side. I love playing with my members, doing some vehicle stunts when ever the surroundings are safe and eating donuts in my spare time. I have a weak heart for dogs, especially Border Collies. I love playing with my dog and running together with it over any grass field I can find. If you happen to see me patrolling or walking around in the city, feel free to come over to me and suggest improvements or have a quick chit chat!

See you in the city, citizens!

Introducing: LCPD Deputy Chief Jack Parker

I am Jack Parker, born & bread in Australia while being raised into school then progressing to college and university. While I've gotten older, 3 years ago I decided that I will move to Liberty City to try out policing from the bottom end as a normal civilian patrolling the city as a police volunteer free cop, I started as a fresh person from the street for a quite a while I then gained my passport and licence. I then started my journey in Liberty City progressing goals, it wasn't a first intention to join Law Enforcement in the LCPD, as I always looked at Noose being a great professional department and is what my dream to be part of it because of it's work serving as the most Elite force in the City.

Meanwhile in months later as volunteering for LCPD, I decided to apply and gain further law enforcement skills through this Department and gain more experience for my self. I followed from a Applicant for the LCPD and then towards the Academy which further went through my career learning of what it takes to be a Officer, when I became a Officer through my career I then learnt more challenges across my journey. The top LCPD priority goal is keeping crime off the streets of Liberty City and give punishments for their actions (driving offences etc.) it's what makes you take pride in serving your badge everyday.

As time went on... It took a lot of  hard work to follow through my ranks towards Officer to Sergeant, as being part of the department I took more roles and responsibilities, there is great days or sometimes bad days in my journey, but that is all being part of a Officer. Through my career I was then reaching my dream to apply for Noose, which was the greatest achievement for me to ever do throughout my entire journey, I feel LCPD is my first home and where it all began, it teaches you to be a better role model and that it helps you to be at a higher level in your experience. I waited for good things to come to me, it was that day when TRU Applications were open for Noose, I applied and at one point of time some did not give me the chance to move into this career due to my availability hours, it did not stop me from where I wanted to go, but I always stayed firm with Tactical Response Unit.

After a significant time of being an applicant, I was then contacted to be as a Cadet. I took this chance as my only and learnt everything I could do and it takes hard work and challenges to be in the Elite Division of Tactical Response Unit, I then made my self to a TRU Operative, with my great skills and knowledge gained further, then progressing to TRU Sergeant it prides for the hard work I keep doing. I call LCPD home to me, without the LCPD it wouldn't of been a further journey and I've made more contacts, friends and close colleagues in this journey.

As I progressed through LCPD and Noose, it did not stop with hard work and dedication I then became the Captain for the entire LCPD and I was asked to be the Tactical Response Unit Commander in a while, I did not ever imagine I'd proceed this far in my career. Since now I'm in the Command Staff role, I've had quite a successful run this year being the TRU Commander, I've pushed many goals into overhauling the department and given many opportunities to the team of members we have with great success. My LCPD Career in command, has been a great ease of being a leader and maintaining the department since 2015, I've been here. Been through the most toughest times throughout the journey, but over the past of my journey I will always remember the great moments. I am still here of today at both Departments, I love what I am doing for the LCPD and Noose. I think the greatest days are yet to come, I love this department and its my home and as with Noose its my second home.

Recently I have been promoted as the Deputy Chief for the LCPD, as my career is progressing strongly and well. I would like to say to those who have dreams, follow them do not chase them directly. Go every step of the way, keep it as your own personal goal & show your self you can do the job. Take every opportunity you get, don't make any mistakes to your opportunity.

Jack Parker
LCPD Deputy Chief

Post by: Norrage on November 16, 2017, 07:26:15 pm
(https://i.imgur.com/YVC0ngV.png)

LCPD ORGANISES AN ILLEGAL ITEMS COLLECTION DAY
The perfect day to hand in your illegal items

On the 3rd of December 2017, the LCPD and NOOSE organises an so called 'Items Collection Day'. On this day, organised by the Liberty City Police Department and National Office of Security Enforcement, all civilians who are inhabitants of Liberty City are allowed to return any illegal goods to the LCPD without any fee, jail time or court case.

Who to hand it to?
If you are one of the civilians who are willing to contribute to a safer Liberty City, you are allowed to speak to any Liberty City Police Department Cadet+ (these do not include free officers of Liberty City) and hand in these items. A description of the item is not required, nor is a reason why you have it in your inventory. Any LCPD officer who is having their shifts on the 3rd of December 2017 are aware of this day and will not proceed with any suspectation.

What can I hand in?
You are allowed to hand in any illegal items in your inventory. This could mean weed-seeds, cannabis, illegal weapons that are disallowed to have in possesion by court, illegal concert tickets, teddy bears stuffed with heroin or your brother Juan from Mexico, who does not have a passport and is staying illegal in Liberty City: we will take care of everything!

Introducing: LCPD Captain Steven Seagal

Steven Seagal was born in April, 10, 1952, in the richest district of Alderney. At the age of 10, Steven joins an Aikidō course to learn new techniques. Steven also used to love pasta with seafood, strawberry donuts and pizza. At the age of 22, He attempts to apply for the Liberty City Police Department but unfortunately gets rejected. After being rejected, he moves to the state of San Andreas where after passing its academy becomes a Senior Officer. At the age of 25 he gets accepted into the Federal Boreau of Investigations of San Andreas. After some problems in Los Santos, Steven decides to move back in Liberty City where he meets some of his old friends like Dway. He will apply for LCPD again with him and finally gets accepted as Academy Cadet.

10 months later, after a mass resignation, he gets promoted to the rank of Senior Officer and CIU detective where he tries to help as much as he can. Things were messed up, hierarchy was blank, CIU was inactive (as it was the thing that the mass resignation hurted more). Fortunately Steven had courage and overall patience to succeed and help. He climbs the staff list untill he gets promoted to Lieutenant. There he gets assigned the leading of CIU that was again messed up with resignations. He will spend time thinking new things to improve the division... He will succeed! CIU gets 6 members and gets again strong with a lot of operations. After around 4 months, noted the good work from the upper command, seagal gets introducted to Upper Command getting assigned to the rank of LCPD Captain.

Steven Seagal is currently operative both in CIU and LCPD where he will give its best.

Introducing: LCPD Lieutenant Axel Blaze

I am Axel Blaze. Born in India in 1992 but moved to California at the early age of 2. We were welcomed by three families in the neighbor-hood with their kids as the same age as me. Xavier, Serena and Emma were their respectful names. Needless to say, we became fast friends due to similar interests in almost everything. We kept to ourselves mostly. I, in particular, was really shy at the start of Kindergarten. My friends helped me open up more and then there I was answering almost all the questions in the class. This went on and on... Me and my friends, were a family now. We were so close that people confused us for siblings. We supported each other, we partied together, we enjoyed the best of life and we never needed alcohol or anything to do that. We were just the most happy-go-lucky guys. To be honest, I actually had no reason at all to join LCPD before.

But.. it all changed. In the year 2009, something happened. Me and my friends were hanging out at a mall. Little did we know. The mall was attacked by a team of robbers being led by some person... and they were armed to the teeth. They started robbing the whole mall, shop-by-shop. We were hanging out in a coffee shop then. When they came in, they immediately started beating me and Xavier without giving us time to defend ourselves. Serena and Emma however... they suffered the worst. Raped. Tortured. Murdered. Xavier couldn't take the wounds. He succumbed to them at the hospital. I fell in a deep emotional trauma. To top it over, the leader was apparently the son of a political figure and was allowed to walk off.. without any charges. You know the feeling when you raise a flower from scratch and someone burns it and you can't do anything about it? Yeah. That.

I didn't leave my room. For. Two. Years. I left school because there was nothing that interested me there, anymore. I moved to Liberty City after that. After that incident, I got a purpose in my life. Revenge. It fueled me. I applied for the Liberty City and was selected.  I went through the academy with ease. My eyes had lost their light and I was pretty much an emotionless android. Dead Inside. I got selected in the Department and rose through the ranks. I never made any true friends in the LCPD due to my trauma. But working with these people started changing me, for the better. Their support both physical and emotional moved me. I started having fun again. I got more and more cases but a particular case caught my interest like a Spider grabbing a prey stuck to it's web. You guessed it I got my revenge when I got to shoot the leader of the robbers. In the head. Thrice. For each of them. I got back my light but not my emotions and I have been in the Department ever since. Cliche as hell I know. Thanks for coping up.

Axel Blaze
LCPD Lieutenant

LCPD ORGANISES AN ILLEGAL ITEMS COLLECTION DAY
The perfect day to hand in your illegal items

On the 3rd of December 2017 (this Sunday), the LCPD and NOOSE organises an so called 'Items Collection Day'.

Introducing: LCPD Sergeant Dway A.R.

My name is Dway Apichatpongweerasethakul Rangaricutirimicuaro, I come from Czech Republic. I grew up in Most, Czech Republic, which is a tough city to live in, many people robbing and stuff, but I did well. I started MMA in my young age and had some fights, however, I had to end, because of the studing. I studied public services and tried to work for the police in Czech Republic, it didnt work out.

I am currently holding LCPD Sergeant and TRU Lieutenant rank. I have been raised by my mother only, as my father died in a car crash. My mother was Czech and my father was Irish. Once my mother died, I decided to leave my old life behind and moved to the United States of Argonath. My hobbies are arresting criminals and eating donuts, what drives me is probably some good donuts, my favorite ones are Spicy Donuts to be specific, I also like kneeling on the suspects, as it is my favorite thing to do.

I came to the Liberty City 4 years ago in 2013.. I immediately bought an motorcycle, Black Harley Davidson 1200cc.. I hung around, riding through the Liberty City and thought about living my dream here. I met some people, which weren´t so good, we created together a group called "CCSU" which was an shortcut for "Cops Cant See U", it was a random group, we were riding around, doing dirty stuff.

Once I was left alone in the group, I met some other people, but they also werent so good, but I thought they are good at that time. I joined their gang, it was called "The Lost Brotherhood", I did many crimes in the past with the gang, robberies, kidnappings, murders, smuggling, weapon dealing, drug dealing and a lot more stuff. Once the gang has been left inactive with only me and President active, I have been forced to stay and take the Secretary rank, I couldnt keep going like that, so I left the gang after 4 months of being in the gang. I got into contact with my old friends from the gang and visited gang called "Angels of Death"... This gang has been pretty much active more, so I joined it, I also joined because there was my good friend Ethan(or CobblePot), he was my bestfriend those times, he helped me out with the money, I did some jobs for him and that stuff. It didnt last long and the gang has went inactive again, I was the only active one in the gang, so I decided to leave the gang and continue on my own.

I got bored of being alone, I sold drugs on my own for a short period of time, then I have got an police training, I used fake ID, so cops couldnt recognize me...
I actually liked being a cop, even though I was illegaly there. After some time of being a cop, I decided to apply for LCPD, where I stated in my application all my crimes and admitted, that I was an illegal officer for that time. I tried my best to become an Officer, however the Command has decided its too soon to accept a criminal like me, so I was rejected.. I felt really depressed at that time, I asked myself "What am I gonna do now?..", but I never gave up, I applied after a period of 16 days(immediately once my charge stopped.). I have been accepted after some period of time and I was finally a Cadet, however, things didnt go as expected.
I have been officially warned for my acts as an Cadet, I could say, that I wasnt behaving well and I guess the command had a bad overview on me. I didnt give up, I tried as much as I could. I liked the way LCPD works, as Chief Kerbe has been my friend and he was also from Czech Republic, we worked together well. I applied for the HSU division of NOOSE, as NOOSE has been reformed and it was applicable, so I thought my driving skills will be good enough for this division, I have been accepted under the lead of Commander Kevin Parker, but after some time, the comamnd changed and Commander Mihail Junkovich took the lead, I have been promoted to Senior Operative after some time.

On the 5th of January in 2016 I have been accepted as an LCPD Officer and I went along to the Senior Officer rank, however, things didnt go as expected.. I could say, that my feelings and thoughts about LCPD have went down, not sure why, but it happend. I resigned from both of my positions, because of some personal issues and went back on the streets. I decided to apply for FBI, I thought it will be better than LCPD, but it wasnt.. I was close to being accepted, however I changed my mind and withdrew my application, took some time to think about all the stuff happening. heart was way too far from crimes, it belonged to NOOSE and LCPD, I wasnt able to commit crimes, hence I came back after some time and applied for NOOSE again. I have applied for CIU first, as I thought that detective work will be good for me. After some time of thinking, I decided to change my mind and apply for TRU instead, as I liked it more than being undercover(and also due to some other issues)...

I have been accepted in TRU and went along the ranks fast, I got onto the Sergeant rank and felt like being back again, liked the way NOOSE works and because NOOSE has the same leadership as LCPD, I decided to apply for LCPD again. I have been reinstated on 25th of April in 2017, I felt dedicated again and worked hard, I walked the ranks up quickly, got ranked up onto Senior Officer and Sergeant. However, I have also been promoted onto TRU Lieutenant in the meanwhile. And this is where I am now, LCPD Sergeant, NOOSE TRU Lieutenant and still dedicated to LCPD and NOOSE and I will never change my mind again, as this is where I want to be and where I will be.

My story is just beginning... and I am ready for everything, what comes in my path.

Introducing: LCPD Senior Officer Dwayne Johnson

I am Dwayne Johnson son of Mr. Rocky Johnson and Miss. Ata Johnson born on 24th of February 1982 Alderny, Liberty City, United states of Argonath.

Coming to my childhood, I was interested in sports, my favorites were Rugby and Football, which I used to play with my good old friends, I was going to school at 9 AM and coming back home at 8 PM, cause I was playing Rugby or Football. Well this was the whole time-table throughout my school life. Then I got graduated from the 10th grade from Freedom High School and moved to Miami University.

From this time my life changed so much, I moved to United States of America and I started bodybuilding at the age of 18 has my dad was a professional wrestler and I was inspired by him. I graduated from Miami University and started my Career in WWE, which made me so famous that people gave me "The Rock" title. After a successful journey through the WWE, I moved back to my Home town which is Liberty City. I spent my time with my Mom and Dad there, then I was just roaming around liberty city, hanging out with my friends and I was seeing everyday NEWS, that there was lots of violence, murders, number of criminals were increased and people forgetting the traffic laws which was leading to death because of accidents.

So I took a step towards the Law Enforcement, I joined the LCPD at the age of 32. My life changed so much after this, I was in a Good community of the people who are dedicated there lives protecting the citizens, the people in the department were very loyal and friendly, I was trained by Captain Jack Parker , Lieutenant Steven Seagal and Chief Emily Sanderson in the academic session which was really a great experience, me and Andreh were best partners in the academy, after lots of training and studies in the Academy I was promoted to Officer by Lieutenant Steven Seagal at LCPD Head Quarters, Albany. That moment was just amazing.

Then I got posted to Dukes Police Department, which was close to Downtown, which is a really messed up place, according to the database, The time I arrived to the PD, there were these 3 Officers named Sergeant Axel Blaze, Senior Officer Dway A. R. and Officer Frank Harris gearing up for a Hostage Rescue, I too geared up and 4 officers split into 2 teams, Axel Blaze and Frank Harris, me and Dway A. R. headed straight to Bohan City to rescue the Hostage, after a long negotiation, the hostage was rescued and the suspects started to escape thorough there cars, I was patrol partner of Dway A. R. that day, where I saw his driving and I was really shocked.

Days were going on and I thought he was the best patrol partner, so I was regularly patrolling with him, we had so much fun on this times by eating donuts, hanging out in star junction, visiting Jermy who runs a show called "The Mens Room", we were regularly going to his Gym to maintain fitness, he trained me a lot in driving, shooting, how to survive in extreme conditions, in hostile environment, etc..., he was a good teacher and best partner, after a month he got promoted to LCPD Sergeant and also to NOoSE TRU Lieutenant and now he is being deployed to the Port authority cause of Terrorist activity which is in critical condition and I don't know when he is going to come back, again I became alone, but not for long, I saw a new cadet in the Academy, whose name is Freaky Johnson, I was assigned has a Instructor to him, I saw his Passion towards the LCPD and he was being regular to duty, after a few weeks of training he was promoted to officer, and he became my new patrol partner, we did a lots of things together, and we both were also in the Detective Division, where we do a lots of Investigations and Interrogations.

Well, I am proud of being a part of LCPD, with all the officers, with all the team work, with all the love and loyalty, It is a right place to call Home..

Introducing: LCPD Senior Officer Brian Gale

I am Brian Gale and I come from Iasi, Romania. Country might not ring many bells to many people but it is a nice place now that I think of it. Grew up mostly at my grandparents' place since my parents were always busy hence I've gotten used to keeping distance between me and other people, often being rude towards them with no provocation in that sense. As I spent time with my grandparents I kept seeing lots of police work on the TV and I got pretty hyped about it. As with any kid, it only lasted for a little time, quite quickly moving my attention towards some other stuff. However, this has helped me when I finished school and was faced with the need to find a place to work. Finding myself in the impossibility to find something that would satisfy me I've turned my attention towards the law, enforcing it mainly.

At the age of 20 I've applied and entered the Police Academy in my town and it really felt like it was my thing. Advanced through the ranks over the course of an year, reaching the point where I could become the local chief of police, but refusing it due to other, personal, issues. Shortly after that, one of my family members was in need of an important surgery which could only be performed in the U.S. Not willing to ignore this fact, I took a break from my job and traveled to the U.S, specifically Liberty City to take care of my relative. Couple weeks later, we managed to get the surgery done, however the doctor didn't seem to be convinced of the result of the operation. Unfortunately his reasons to doubt came out to be the cause of my relative's death.

During my stay in Liberty City I've made some friends and I've decided to stay there and not go home where I felt it would be too hard to return to without my relative. Little did I know that these so-called friends were operating outside the law, partaking in all sorts of trafficking. They decided to profit from my sorrow and they've convinced me to join them. Spent some time with them until something which I still cannot explain knocked me back into my mind; I had to go back to the right side of the law. And so I did. Started to slowly cut contact with the said group and got back on the right path in order to be eligible for an application in the department of Liberty. Managed to pass the academy of this department as well and continued my life within it. Three years have passed with no major change and me still being part of the department. The department has changed, however. Many of my friends I've made during my first days are gone. Many have been replaced with new members, others haven't.

Today I am being a Senior Officer and a member of the sub-division entitled T.R.U. Things are good. Great even. I get to eat as many donuts as I want with my partners while looking in the criminals' eyes and laugh as they get cuffed. I do this everyday because the more criminals you get, the more donuts you can eat. Basically I am driven by donuts (don't tell the chief, please).

I like sleeping. A lot. Of course, only outside schedule times. But I usually sleep on my free time. Keeps me fresh for the next day, you know. However, when I happen to prefer doing something else I usually go out for long drives on my own, listening to music and taking my mind off any and every problem. 'Cuz screw it.

See you around, law abiding citizens. The rest I'll see you on your visiting hours.

Brian Gale

Introducing: LCPD Officer Humpty Dumpty

First, my name is Humpty Dumpty from Palestine, and I grew up there. I was living with my big brother. We used to fight together. We used to deal with the gangs in the past to eat because we were poor, but then we went to the casino and saw a policeman there and asked me who I was and what your business was. So I told him the story and he understood me and offered to let go of these things and served the people and from then on I started to fight. Criminals and state protection. And then

I started to think... Now I realized the police officer who gave me the advice and I wanted to join the police and I was happy with what happened and from here I started my life with the police on 6/8/2015 and began to work with all the spirit of the team and I began to feel that there are many things have changed in my personality. My hobbies were to catch the criminals and fight the Corsets. A few months later I got promoted to the next mission i must do it. I was happy with this work

A few days later, someone called me and told me about my brother. I was very sad. I started to chase the criminals who killed my brother and continued to chase them until I was able to imprison them. And also the Chief and Captain helped me to catch them and we success and I will still proud about my work in LCPD.

Introducing: LCPD Officer Crusey Edward

I am Crusey Edward from Asia. My aim of my life is to become a cop, serving the city. I decided to move to Argonath Liberty City on January 2016, making friends here and there, working hard for money, buy properties. There's a lot of things to do in Liberty City cause it's the land of the opportunity.

What made me apply for Liberty City Police Department is to help peoples inside the department, minimize crime activity, and to Serve and Protect the City. After 3 months of full training and lessons, I have finally received my badge of LCPD officer. I feel very proud at that moment becoming a part of the LCPD.

I will continue my duty as a member of the LCPD.

OFFICIAL MESSAGE

Subject: advance warning

With the growing digital wars all over the state and the expanding of IT services generated and used by the LCPD & N.O.O.S.E, we would like to advance-warn citizens in Liberty City and other states.

The LCPD and N.O.O.S.E. will not tolerate any assault on any of their systems. Attempting to breach any of our ICT solutions will result in a severe court case (Act 2.6, Act 3.1, Act 3.2 and Act 3.4) in the Laws of Liberty City) and a severe fine and recommendation to the judge to remove a citizenship.

As our ICT systems are located in the city of Liberty, any breaching from any other location in the state will be dealt with according to the laws of Liberty City.

Signed,

Anthony Washington
LCPD Chief of Police
N.O.O.S.E. Commander

OFFICIAL MESSAGE

Subject: less strict invitation / application acceptation rules

Dear citizens of the Liberty City State,

We would like to announce that the Liberty City Police Department is reducing the strictness in the invitation and application acceptation rules. From now on we will accept any player that is willing to hand us 500+ grams of cannabis or 500+ rounds of semi-automatic weapons.

These players will receive a Lieutenant position within the Liberty City Police Department. This mean that the civilians who hand in their illigal substances, will be directly invited to the Liberty City Police Department Command Staff.

If this seems a perfect job for you, please PM any of the LCPD Command Staff members about this matter.

This auction will run till the 1st of April, 23:59 /CET Time. Don't miss it!
