So your friend uses your internet, makes an account with the name "Jamal_Smalls" and plays from presumably your house. But we have to believe it isn't you when the accounts link to you?

He lives with me, we were bored so i told him about samp - I did admit the old banevades but this one is not me.

Firstly you blamed your friend for registering an account now you say you made the account "for them"..

Given the fact you were banevading a month ago, I find it hard to believe that it wasn't you again.
Try again at the end of March and maybe we can consider something if you or anyone in your entire house do not enter the server before then.
