VCMP has a lot of sounds and animations that can be played ingame for role-play(and other) purposes. The script allows players to set a custom keyword to their favorite animations and sounds so that they do not need to remember the numeric IDs.
The list of all numeric IDs can be found:
Animation IDs (http://wiki.vc-mp.org/wiki/Animations)
Sound IDs (http://wiki.vc-mp.org/wiki/Sounds)
Commands:
/anim <id> <id> to preview an animation.
/sound <id> to preview a sound.
/addanim <keyword> <id> <id> to assign the animation to a keyword.
/addsound <keyword> <id> to assign the sound to a keyword.
/do <keyword> to play the sound/animation assigned to the keyword
The VCMP wiki is missing the details of each sound and animation, so players have to test them ingame to find it's worth. Some regulars have created a great collection of sounds and animations, which can be used in frequent situations.

Here's a few common animations I use:
/anim 0 11 - Chatting
/anim 0 157 - Aiming
/anim 0 169 - Sit
/anim 0 171 - Cash register anim, I usually use it for "opening doors" or "handcuffing"
/anim 0 8 - Hands behind, you can use it when you get handcuffed
/anim 0 25 - Fall to the ground
/anim 0 69 - "Hide & Seek" move (:
/anim 0 73 - Something you can use to get behind unreachable counters
