I come with this unban appeal to seek an opportunity of returning back in game. The reason why I'm banned comes out of conclusions from Teddy after progranming a software which used to monitor my account and it turns out that when I'm in Combat or being chased, my FPS goes down while my ping still remains the same. Apparently such doubtful symptoms in theory should give me advantages probably in combats. This theory points me as cheater therefore I was banned. In previous days I had many discussions with many members of SAMP and not only, such situation is caused either from illegal installation's or from situations when the internet traffic is very busy or for any unknown reason which I might not be aware for the moment. I would like to declare that illegal installations or trick weren't used by me. I haven't ever thought about installing modifications that give me advantage, I rather keep it fair. Although facts according to Teddy puts down the say before, and the videos which I showed to him (and not only) might not prove anything, I would like to tell everyone once again that I haven't used any kind of modification because it would be a very low thing for me to do and I would feel ashamed. I will re-install the game just to make sure anyways.
