TL;DR:
/sellplace will no longer refund the entire property price. So, think before you buy properties.
Criminals who have shit ton of weapons and stuff stored in their property/warehouse, watch out for the FBI and be covert in your crimes. FBI now has the ability to issue search warrants through a judge and raid your storages. You could lose your entire storage if you are not careful enough. If you think that FBI has already collected a lot of shit on you, then you better change your property, move your storages or stash the valuables in crates and hide them. ASAP.

Scripts have updated to version 3.1 - January 29, 2017
- Upgraded VCMP server version to rel004.
- All legal sources of income and purchases work on your bank balance instead of cash in hand.
- Players lose all cash in hand on death. Every player's current cash has been deposited in their bank account(Tax Free)
- Private properties with interior can be locked using /lockprop. This will prevent anyone (including yourself) from entering your property. Anyone who is inside at the moment the property is locked can still /exit out of the property.
- Cops can /breaklock any locked properties.
- Player country is no longer shown when the player joins/logins.
- When a criminal is jailed, all of their weapons, drugs and illegal items (explosives and seeds) are confiscated by the cops.
- Added GUI slideshows to /help command guides.
- Added a GUI window to display rules on /rules
- Added more trash location for garbage job.
- /who gets the location of all players in an area.
- /whocar gets the players driving a particular vehicle.

- Temporarily disabled /drop and /stash until a fix for the stashed crates and dropped briefcases not being removed after a server restart bug is implemented. All existing stashes and drops have been removed from the database.

- Disabled /ad for muted players
- /count is now local and not global
- Multiple players can now start a countdown
- A player can only start one countdown at a time

- Fixed an exploit where players who are frozen by admins are able to unfreeze themselves using commands that unfreezes a player

- Fixed the reward calculation mechanic for criminals in the Pirate's Treasure minimission.
- Police now receive a message stating the correct crate location on the Pirate's Treasure minimission if a criminal picks the crate in the vicinity of a police officer.

- Rolled out one more of the planned changes to minimissions.
- Mission remains unchanged for those on police duty.
- Criminals must now wait for a police officer to enter the Securicar before they themselves can enter it. The Securicar remains locked otherwise.
- Upon arriving at the unload location a criminal must type /unloadtruck explode
- Upon typing the command and granted that the criminal has enough explosives (4), he receives the reward.
- An alternative way to unload the Securicar will be added soon.

- A 5 second timer will be displayed. While the timer is running the criminal lockpicking the Securicar's doors has to stay near it for the entire 5 seconds.
- The criminal receives the reward once the timer has run out.
- If a criminal lockpicks the doors instead of using explosives, he will get a larger reward.
