I am afraid we will need far more information than that to help you. That's like asking how can we cure your headache if we don't know the source of the problem..

 On screen have one white line that lights up and flashe.And how i can fix?

Asking for keys and you don't have shit!

If you are using Windows 7, and it keeps showing a black screen after changing a Picture, you need to activate your windows then.

just take a picture and post it here. It's hard to tell, because there could be dozens of things that went wrong: from a driver corruption to your monitor.

If that's all it is doing you more than likely have a boot sector issue. Either that or there's a disk in the drive that it is trying to read/boot off of or a USB device attached that it is trying to boot from.

That pic doesn't say much. Photograph the entire screen.

Also, remove all possible SD/USB connections and try again. If not, open up the BIOS menu (the hotkey is shown when booting from BIOS) and make sure that HDD is set as priority boot.
