Additional notes:
Well....
We were driving around looking for a lucky charm, a wild Monte appears > We try to take ahold of him but he decides that he's a superman so he runs me over and drives to LSPD, I follow him then drive away > He shoots me and runs inside LSPD, I go inside LSPD and kill the wild Monte -30minutes later- I get perm ban for Deathmatching

You were banned due to what happened during your 'interaction' with Monte that you mentioned above. You clearly were out to kill him. Once he fled you gave chase without any roleplay involved at that point besides "/s stop!". Even though he did aim at you, that wasn't a valid reason to kill him. Therefore, your actions are classed as deathmatching and have resulted in a ban due to you being a veteran who should be aware of the rules we have in this community.

Okay so, if you aim a gun at a police officer what you think the officer is gonna do? Just drive away?
No, the officer would most likely kill him aswell.
That's same situation here, he was running away from the robbery scene, does not matter what motivation we had behind robbing him, he ran away from us and once we keep up with him he aims/shoots at us. Yes, I'm not gonna get a gun pointed at me which is counted as a threat to me without doing anything, you can't just aim your gun at 4 armed mafia members and expect them to be as civilized as possible, I was very civilized there if you ask me. :cowboy:

The interaction between parties is beyond poor. Telling someone to stop and expecting them to actually stop when a car full of people get out of a car holding weapons is just waiting for them to try run away.
Montes path out of being boxed in was where you were standing so essentially you put yourself in harms way. You followed him to the PD, stopped behind him and as he exited the car you ran him over for whatever reason that may be. He then took a shot at you for that hostility and ran to the officers who told him to exit the PD.
Instead of being logical as you would expect mobsters to be when facing cops and get away from the scene, you decide to ignore cops orders to stop where you are and you run into LSPD with guns waving and shoot him to death. The only interaction before that was "/s stop" which is hardly acceptable. I find it hard to see any sense in this when a criminal group member charges guns blazing into a police station in the eyes of cops.

First, let me formally welcome you to Argonath 2.0. Here, we expect your quality of roleplay to be better than what a pile of horse shit can produce. Sorry to see yours was not satisfactory enough. I'm also disappointed to the the other parties negligence and will put the effort into investigate this further.
In compliance with new rules:
Can you describe in your own words what roleplay is?
Can you elaborate on your own goals within roleplay, why do you do what you do?
Lastly, can you detail exactly how roleplay could've improved this situation's outcome.

The thing is, I said stop in a hurry since as soon as we exited the car, he drove away. Seeing that, the fastest I could say is stop. Indeed, if seen from someone's view who was not involved, the roleplay was insufficient. But things happenend so fast, I could only do what I did. I will work on improving this in the future.
If I was punished for Deathmatching because I killed him, I wonder what was his logic pulling out a gun on a mafia infront of the LSPD. Both parties were illogical honestly.

Playing the character of a person as you would do in real life without breaking the norms of roleplay. Act as you would in real life, think like you would in real life, be logical as you would in real life.
As a mobster my work would be to eliminate threats to my business and family. If I see someone either aiming or shooting at me or my mobsters, I would take care of them. That could involve either torturing them, or killing them or having them eliminated by other legal means.
When he ran over me and reached LSPD, we would have let him go (which we did) as it's only logical that we won't doing crime's infront of the LAW. Then, when he shot us, we could have waited for him to get released by the police and THEN take care of him, somewhere not close to a police department or cops.
We could either have someone assassinate him, or we could have someone take him away and there we could torture him for shooting at the wrong people.
And then if deemed necessary, kill him.
