Title: Increasing the cost of Harpoons

Harpoon is same as a sniper rifle. It is too overpowered, almost everyone moves with at least 50 ammo of Harpoons on them. Players will abuse harpoons by using them more on killing players than hunting sharks. $200 is very cheap for a harpoon. I'd say, either disallow usage of harpoons on players or remove harpoons and use real sniper rifles for hunting sharks or just increase the cost of Harpoons. Or another thing that can be done is, add a fisherman job which will provide the player with 30 harpoons and will take em away when we leave job, just like cop job. If none of the above can be done, reduce the damage of harpoons on players but at the same time, make it one shot one kill for sharks. It's pretty unbalanced at the moment.

I was planning to set it's damage to 0 but you can still headshot other players that way, so soon it will be made into a rifle-style weapon (no more headshots).
