Hey, so I have a BIG problem.
When my computer turns on, the screen is black, but I can see the arrow and I can move it. So, I really don't know what I should do.
Someone help me please.

It stay like that for some time and then run back normally or it get stuck like that?
-
What OS? Does it happen before or after logging in? Did you try safe mode?
-
Should be an easy fix. Get your hands on your installation media of your Windows version (DVD or a Bootable USB), insert it and reboot your computer, boot into the DVD/USB and when it boots to the Windows setup choose Repair my computer and do automatic repair/startup repair. Once that's done, remove the media and restart your computer.
-
Have you tried starting in Safe Mode?
-
Turn off your pc if its on, then turn it back on again and quickly hold (F8 or f12 or f11 or esc) or tap it many times depends on motherboard
It will open a boot menu, and you have to select to boot your windows in secure or safe mode.
The problem could be software related.
If problems still unsolved, then your os could be the issue and a format to your hard disk is essential, or you could make a new partition and shrink ur hard disk and make the new partition with os.
Then recover your files later after boot success.
Hope it makes sense for you.

Hello guys, so I am trying to explain everything.
I have Windows 7 Proffesional. I am on a laptop.
So, a day or 2 ago, I started Windows as normal, and then it worked. The start menu and taskbar appeared, I could enter SAMP.
I am writing to you from Safe Mode with Networking.
So when I enter Windows with normal settings, the screen is black with a message in the bottom right corner saying Windows is not genuine or smh like that..
I can't play SAMP on Safe Mode with Networking because the Audio doesn't work, and when I try to, it says Audio Card couldn't be found.
I need help, someone, please.

Seems like you have torrented windows, in which case, use this: [removed]
If your windows is legit use internet explorer and goto http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ to validate that it is legit.
