Title: [PROCEEDINGS DISCONTINUED] Debin vs ex-House owners.
Post by: rObInX on March 31, 2016, 03:41:28 pm
=============Sorry for the mistake, Its Debin.===============
Respected judge,
I bought a new house recently and stored all of my possessions there. But unfortunately, the ex-owner and his partners still had access to my house, when I returned after a short vacation of two days, I found my house empty. I need either all of my belongings back or its equivalent cash ie 70,000ARD. I demand justice in this matter.

Signed, Debin Argo Citizen

Respected Argo Citizen,
The evidence given does not show who is responsible for the removal of all your weaponry, therefore I do not know who you are suing. Have you got any evidence proving who emptied your storage?
Signed,
[EAF]Nylez

From: The desk of the Honorable Alexander Treblin Address: 143 Downtown State Street, Downtown Vice City, Florida Topic: "Debin v Former Owners of Property #123"
DIRECTIONS
The Court will not be processing this case, as the plaintiff has failed to respond to Nylez J's statements. Furthermore I believe that the plaintiff is attempting to sue for the loss of items that were perhaps illegal in nature, the law does not compensate losses that are clearly illegal in nature. Furthermore the plaintiff has not stated what was particularly lost in nature. As such the Court will be directing the Register to draw up an order and discontinue the proceedings.
DATED AND ORDERED, on this 7th day of December, 2017.
