Title: A bit of downtime upcoming
Post by: Teddy on April 06, 2016, 04:18:14 am: On Friday the 8th we will have a roughly 3 hour downtime in the afternoon (can give a more exact time closer to that). The following Monday (11th) we will also have another brief downtime for about an hour or two.

This last one is tentative, but Friday the 15th, next Friday, we will have an aprox. 1 day downtime.

Do not speculate on any of these please... this is all in preparing the server and services for the upgrade to RS5.2, we want to make sure the transition is smooth. Following Monday's update, there may be some interference in some external services.

Post by: Teddy on April 14, 2016, 09:10:58 pm: Tomorrow's downtime will begin closer to 11PM and possibly even a little past midnight. The server will be down for up 24 hours, maybe less. During that time the server will appear online multiple times but will be locked and accessible to a limited party. We will be provisioning more resources for the system and preparing the server for updating to RS5.2. In addition we will also being reinforcing and updating security measures.

Good things are coming... but please stop asking if the server is down. Use your brain.
