Hello everyone,
I think this might be a missunderstanding by Marcel's side. First of all Maximiliano is my friend... we have been playing together since 2011. Alright, this happened yesterday. I was near Mulholland Intersection where I jumped off my bike and shot towards Max's infernus one bullet. Afterward, I followed him till North Rock, RC. There I was specing him for a moment and though to troll a bit. Shot his Infernus' tire and this was the moment when I got banned for Deathmatching by Marcel without getting a single PM from him. Well, we were bored for a bit and started to joke with each-other. I don't see something wrong here.
I guess Marcel opened panel where he noticed my last punishment... a warn for deathmatching by [GSF]Adam. The problem is that the warn was a missunderstanding by Adam's side and he said sorry to me and said that he was going to take care of punishment being removed. You can call him here to verify what I said above.
Now everything is clear and I'm looking foward to continue my ride on Argonath once again.

From what I understand, I'll just go ahead and say you cannot break rules for fun even if it's your friend that's the victim.

If we speak in terms of rules or even in terms of roleplay, there is no justification for what I did. Clearly my intention wasn't to cause harm to anyone, I already have a splendid relation with the other boy, therefore, out of boredom, in server was a period that not a lot were online (+-16) mostly few forlenza who constantly PM randomly if I sell/buy weed and so on. I found entertaining that if I joke with my friend would be nice for me. So I poked him a bit.
Whatever might be the statement of Marcel, I know what I did wrong already. But as veteran of the community I think (always in my opinion based on my experience on server) that I deserve a simple PM. A simple PM which probably takes the doubts of the admin, even tho having a conversation would not change the final verdict if is decided, but always a conversation helps us to express ourself and our ideas.
Is my first time banned after many years and frankly I think wasn't the strongest card to get my-self banned. One more time, what I did wrong is evident, I harassed someone not randomly even tho would look in eyes of the admin. I don't know if admins are obligated to speak with players, I don't know what ethic they follow when exercise the duty but im prety sure that I have ability to explain that punish issued by gsf adam was a mistake by his part, where we like humanbeings solved that matter between us, I wouldn't be suprised if that detail influenced in my ban.

The bullet that hit the vehicle caught my attention which diverted my attention to you. You went in the same direction towards a nearby weed spot where you got off the bike again and shot again.
Because of your earlier punishment for deathmatching and the fact I had seen no roleplay up to that very moment, I decided to ban you.

It's apparent prior to comment from Marcel, my admission of guilt was confirmed stating by what I did was in conflict with server rules or even roleplay. However, since my comment regarding previous punishment (a warn for DM issued wrongly from adam) doesn't look very credible I think that a input from adam confirming it would solve the question of Marcel for referring to my "previous punishment". Adding here that this doesn't really justify what I did but it played and pushed Marcel leading in conclusion that a player like me deserve ban. So if we would be here discussing what I did wrong and not, I confirmed above, if you would question me if I will step more times out of boundaries that rules of the server provide I answer No, I wont repeat again. So now whenever administration thinks im able to return in game im ready to accept. :)

You must know that your prior punishment only PARTIALLY influenced my decision to ban you. Your actions leading up to this were worthy of a ban, even without any prior punishment history. You should focus on the current situation rather than trying to make up excuses based on the previous situation.

In a failed attempt to realise where my excuses are, you see in the previous posts of mine the admission of guilt, focus isn't split from the reason which made you think that a ban would be needed to keep this rule-breaker away.
I said above that I was just joking with my friend and explained the detailed situation how and why, which is conflict with rules, adding that I wont repeat it.
