Black Market
The Black Market is located in the north-side of Ocean Docks, Los Santos.

To access the black market you need to have a notorious rank Professional (5) or higher. The Black Market works much like the GTA IV Ammu-Nations. You need to walk up to an item and press a key ("Y") to buy it. Once you are close enough to the item, you will get a text describing the item, it's quantity, price and notoriety level required to purchase it. When purchasing, instead of getting the item you will get a case that you can open at any time. Currently you can only buy the following:

Commands:
There are no commands. Simply press the "Y" key on your keyboard to purchase an item.
Cases System
After you have purchased an item at a Black Market, instead of getting the actual weapon, you will be given cases. Cases are tradable, so that means notorious criminals can distribute weapons among other players. You can only open a case if you have the required notoriety for it.

Continental Coins
Remember Notorious Gold? The Continental Coins are pretty much similar but with a different name. Continental Coins are the currency used to purchase items from the black market. Continental Coins can be bought from inside the Black Market. Walk up to the receptionist and type /cash. Each Coin costs $5,000 ARD

/cash[amount] - Used to buy Continental Coins.
Dirty Money & Laundry
Dirty money is a new feature to the criminal system. Dirty money is a designation of funds that are linked to criminal activity. This money is considered dirty due to it's connection and before use in legitimate business. Dirty money is obtained by various criminal activities, such as selling drugs to the Drug Market. Dirty Money must be first cleaned, before using. There are 3 tiers of criminal laundry:
- Excalibur is the lowest tier, it's done locally and is generally quick. The Excalibur network can also be hacked into by authorities leading to the revealing and even possible seizure of funds. Excalibur is located in BlueBerry. (GPS: 116, -194)
- Gerardo is the medium tier. It's an offshore laundry service that is slower than Excalibur. The Gerardo network is encrypted and cannot easily be hacked into. Gerardo is located in San Fierro. (GPS: -1812, -135)
- Swiss is the highest tier. It's an offshore professional laundry service that runs via Switzerland's high privacy banking system. The Swiss laundry service cannot be hacked. Swiss is located in Bayside. (GPS: -2434, 2313)
