When you first connect you can immediately see the difference between the old RS5.1 and the new RS5.2. We've brought back the nostalgic RS4 style login screen for that comfortable feel to the game.
Also after logging in you'll notice our new message of the day system. Since we don't expect you to monitor the forums everyday like mindless bots, this system helps us give you the highlights and updates to rules and expectations.
In our spawn dialog we've made a handful of enhancements. As a hooker you can spawn at job location and we've also added job spawn option for our new oil worker. Since Farmer and Street Sweeper aren't classed as "jobs" you cannot spawn at these locations.
When entering a vehicle you will notice that we have a new speedo meter that includes the health status of your vehicle. No need to use modifications or /dl anymore!

So you've spawned in? You didn't even notice we automatically in the background upgraded your account to our new standard. You may also receive a prompt to set an email address. We'll be using these more later so we definitely recommend it. We promise we'll send you a ton of click bait and emails for sex enhancers. I mean, I promise we won't... I think.
You may notice some new colors in chat. Let's go over some of these new colors and what they represent.
Light Blue: you may remember this from RS4, this is an ARPD Officer (#FreeCop) they are not apart of any official law enforcement group.
Light Red: this is a new one, this is a volunteer firefighter much like light blue for police.
Brown: Oil worker
You will also notice some new structures while navigating the state, such as tolls.

In RS5.2 we've added a few new passive and active scripted jobs. We'll have links to more detailed guides for each one.
Farming: This is a passive job and requires you to either own a farm or be set as a farm worker of an existing farm. You are allowed to maintain fields, grow and harvest crops, raise hens for eggs, raise sheep for wool, and cows for milk.
Oil Worker: This is an active job which allows you to maintain troublesome oil pumps to keep the states supply of oil plentiful. This is a very grinding job and is dangerous.
Street Sweeper: This is an active job limited to the streets of Los Santos. This allows a civilian to use a street sweeper to clean up the city of Los Santos. The more streets are used the dirtier they become and eventually filth can begin to collect on the streets.
Miner: This is another active job located at Hunters Quarry. You can work for the San Andreas mining company to collect ores that are sold to factories for item production. There is a host of different kinds of ores that can be mined and this system, rare to others is a bit more visually appealing with animations.

Taxi Driver: We have also focused on fixing the taxi driver which is now based on the old RS4.1 script. In this job you transport people to their destination safely. Players that have a phone are forced to use their phone now to call a taxi. Dont worry! Those that dont have a phone are still able to call a taxi by doing /taxi. Taxi drivers are able to use their own taxi vehicles to transport players aswell.
ARA Worker: ARA was not left behind either; we have added a duty point in their HQ so they dont have to use the useless commands. The barrier commands are moved to one command so it's easier to use.
Police: We have redefined the police system with many improvements. Check the release guide for more details.
The duty points for other duties such as mechanic duty and driver duty are updated to a skin selection menu: just like police, firefighter, medic and hooker duty. We have added new skins to the mechanic duty and gave taxi drivers the ability to choose their own skin when going on duty.
