 - Added /heal to new small hospital interior, placed at Fort Carson.

 - Fixed barrier respawning all instead of own (by Dylan).

 - Spikestrips should appear on the correct z cords.

Changes may not all be live yet. They will be after a server restart.

- Fixed a long standing bug in showing/hiding business icons, appeared to be tied to a huge performance issue too.
- Added /chatmode gm|groupmessage.
- Made /setgm persistent, it will stay after relog.
- Fixed several timer issues, certain script parts should be smoother from now.
- Added several more/new items in certain businesses (contact me ingame if there is nothing for sale yet in your business).
- Several more small fixes and typos.

Other fixes over the past days:

- Link /givevehicle to internal system so meth can react on it and store equipment better.
- Fixed vehicle licenses issued by driving schools.
- Made Fort Carson bank usable.
- Added money error on /buycoins.
- Fix in a script for managers.
- Fixed rebels being unable to /givevehicle to their group.
- Fixed phone silent mode, it did ringing on silent mode.
- Added several more items to be sold to certain interior on request.

RS5.2 - Home Vineyard Edition

You can now produce Wine in your house. There is a handful variations of wine available:

High Quality Aged Wine,
Mild Quality Aged Wine,
Poor Quality Aged Wine,
Terrible Quality Wine,
High Quality Wine,
Mild Quality Wine,
Poor Quality Wine,
Horrid Quality Wine,
Probably Toxic Wine

The quality is determined based on the ratio of grapes to alcohol while the age is determined based on days (yes, real days) spent in the cellar.

Since this is only the home vineyard update, you can only produce 3 bottles at a time. Also, you cannot collect the bottles yet, this will come within a few days. No worries since at least 3 days is needed for Wine of any decent quality.

Commands:

/wine (grapes) [other ingredients]
/checkcellar

YOU WILL EVENTUALLY FIGURE OUT THE IDEAL RATIO FOR THIS; PLEASE DO NOT SHARE IT. Keep it a trade secret so you can have the best and highest valued Wine. If you start sharing the secret, you will ruin it.

Wine (#1) ...
- You can now collect wine using the command /collectcellar [item index] (shown above).
- You can now consume the different variants of Wine using /use. Warning: Probably toxic wine is probably toxic.

- Added /skin in house and clothing stores to change skin, must have skin item in /invent or /container that is ON the player.
- Buying a new skin will wrap up the old skin for you to carry home in your /invent.
- Skin base price heavily increased, final price is determined by the business owner as with all /manage businesses.

NOTE: Owners of a skin business should STOCK their business with /manage to allow players to buy skins!

- reworked bounty and notoriety system:
+ You now need to be Notoriety Rank 6 (Wanted) and higher to collect bounties on other Wanted notorious criminals.
+ Dying, regardless of reason now has a heavy penalty on notoriety.
+ Killing a police officer while a suspect has a higher penalty on notoriety.
+ Dying while suspected has a higher impact on notoriety than dying without.

(note: using /kill will not cost notoriety points)

- removed restriction on limit of ARA and ATC group types (ref #1).
- removed inability to fully heal people within a rancher (you can now fully heal).
- removed the ability for police with notoriety to enter notorious hideouts.
- increased chance of 'probably toxic wine' hurting you critically.
- reduced the cost of barn and coup feed by $100 per unit purchased.

RS5.2 - Skills Edition

- introduced a skill system which has different skills and experience levels for each.
- integrated the ore mining system into the new skill system. Higher ore mining level means higher rewards!
- with a lower mining level, there's a chance of wasting the ore you are mining which damages the result beyond usability!

We will eventually expands skills to other limited areas

More information on skills:

Each skill has 20 levels per skill with various modifications for each depending on the skill.
Each skill level is 1000 experience.
The benefit, or restriction for each skill level, is determined by the individual system.
For most systems the only way to gain skill experience is by performing the skill.

- Less loosing of notoriety on death (about 60% less).
- Loosing 5 notoriety every 10 minutes (gotta keep working for it).
- More notoriety gaining from weed (3 now).
- Notoriety from meth production.
- Bit more notoriety gain from selling to the market.
- Added usable "c4 tracker" item (buy it at a hardware store when in stock).

-> The /speedo status will be saved now, however the server will set your speedo back to normal when leaving the server with a disabled one (to avoid confusion).

We worked on bug fixes and improvements this week.

-> Bugfix in /gps.
-> Passport restriction returned for police duty.
-> Bugfix in /heydude (mapicon got destroyed automaticly).
-> Info message added when staff members disable their PMs.
-> Punishments that are issued by undercover staff members wont show the name of the staff member.
-> Bugfix in weed script.
-> You wont be able to destroy your own weed with a Combine Harvester and wont be able to destroy others their weed if it's in "planted" stage.
-> Improvement in the truck script: the orders list will show up automaticly after choosing one.
-> You werent able to stop animations after planting weed (when the dig animation was over).
-> You werent able to go off police duty with criminal score and notoriety.
-> Small code improvements in the police script.
-> The elevator inside LSPD can now go to the roof.
-> /viewnetworth will ask your permission in a text message instead of a dialog message.
-> The siren bug should be fixed now.
-> You cant /getin whilst in combat.
-> /getin will show a vehicle entry message.
-> Max lines in /name changed to 3.
-> /truckweight didnt work.
-> Bugfix in /collectcellar.
-> Your wearable items returned when pressing the aim button after dying.

Christmas update, and a little bit more.

- Added the ability for law enforcement to hide their area during operations.
- Added the ability to remove your notoriety at the LSPD desk (Might add more locations soon) (This does not trigger a warning, upon usage of the command, you will lose your notoriety!) ((/Removenoto))
- Added Christmas Script (Frederick)
- Added Snow script (Frederick)
- Added the ability for SAFD to assign the ability to use /heal in an ambulance.
- Several small bug fixes.


How to use: Christmas script.
This years script, is next to being a bit late, also different than what you're used to.

There's several tiers you can earn gifts of, what the rewards will be is for you to figure out for now, but the tiers I will explain.

The tiers are as following
1-20
21-40
41-75
76-100

You can not select which tier you want, so if you have for example 78 gifts, It'd automatically pick the last tier, and if you have 25, it'll pick the second tier.

The numbers stand for the amount of gifts you have obtained, you can collect gifts every 2 hours.
The gifts can be collected using the /opengift command at the gift, and then using the /tradegifts command at the booth.

Do not bother asking the administration about the rewards, they know as much as you do.
