Hi guys. today i'm here to ask to the Administration team, why my PMs are constantly ignored. Or perhaps, nobody gives attention to a veteran player, letting him going away. I have to admit that Administration/developers/scripters and so on are very skilled and professional towards all player, except me? May i done something wrong for the community? I'm here only to help ArgonathRPG communty, never got a ban, and never done somethign wrong toward Admins and so on.
How can ArgoRPG become better, if nobody give attention to Veteran players, that are 'Pillars of Community' ? We have to focalize about our Veteran Players, they are our 'PlayerBase'! Thanks for reading. I wanna specify that i'm not attacking or insulting anybody.

Your PMs probaby aren't timed very well, they are busy persons you know.

Never spammed Admins PMs man,Perhaps abusing /support it is not my style ;) . I'm talking about forum PMs too. Luckily we got 'Who's online', and seeing that they're active but constantly ignoring PMs is not a funny thing

And if you bother using the argument of "Im a veteran repsect me more!" then you have lost all credibility you had. Don't think we'll treat players differently when we are busy helping a player or fellow staff member. In fact it motivates us to put you on a lower priority.
If they do not respond, simply try again at a later date instead of instantly assuming they are ignoring you.

We all are busy people. Taking 2 secs for sending a PM or a forum PM does not take so much time. By the way, this post is firstly directed to Admins, i'll wait for a response from them, in order to reach a sort o deal, or maybe in order to receive some information about how-to contact them.

I'm not asking for more respect, Strange thing is that it's like i've lost credibility since i'm here :D . Second thing that i can't understand, "Lower Priority"? You said "Don't think we'll trat players differently" So... hmm if you are saying that, no lower priority must exist.... Third, not receiving a response after a week it is not called "Lower Priority" But of course if you say that, well i'm sorry then. I need to learn that "because i'm a veteran player" i need to be put into an 'Endless' lower priority. Maybe i'm not right, but it seems like i'm the only one who's put in lower priority. btw Guys, don't need to feel like i'm attacking you, it is a normal discussion.

You're not the only one who sends forum PMs.
Being on the "who's online" list doesn't mean the person is actually online. I leave me PC on at night and I could be logged on forums so I would probably appear on the list 24/7, doesn't mean I'm actually online.

The support ticket system was made to remove the whole PM thing I don't see what you're saying. As for forums I guess its your approach, how about getting to the point instead of PMing "Hi"or "Can I ask a question ?" or something that effect.

You're not the only one who sends forum PMs.
Being on the "who's online" list doesn't mean the person is actually online. I leave me PC on at night and I could be logged on forums so I would probably appear on the list 24/7, doesn't mean I'm actually online.
True that, but being at the top of "who's online" list means that you're active as far as i know. or perhaps, just click on player's profile and you'll see what he's doing.

The point is that i'm constantly feeling ignored by whole Administrations staff, except for someone nobody take time for responding PMsn sent by me. But people here constantly debate about this. I don't like to debate guys, i'm only trying to reach a DEAL, a sort of guide about how to contact Administration without being constantly ignored, And no, i don't write "can i ask a question" And no guys, don't need to talk to me like i'm a sort of dumb, you guys are free to trust me or not. Can't we reach a point instead of debate? We're only making this topic a s***storm.

i personally feel offended as well when a-team ignores my personal messages, but damn at least a reply that notify that you are not being ignored is not a bad idea.

I love how some people call themselves veteran player outta nowhere... Anyway... My PM is always open for whoever has a problem or smth. If someone doesn't reply back it means he's busy. Maybe try to contact another staff member... that would help ;)

The problem is, that i need to contact specify Staff Members, for example, if i need Division Leader in order to resolve a problem, it is useless to waste an Admin time by asking him about a problem that he can't resolve,do you understand? another example. if i need Lead Developer in order to fix something, it's uselss to contact his subordinates and wasting their time. Another example, if i need Founder, it's uselss to contact Moderator and wasting his time and attention..

I know personally I tend to view the forum between dealing with matters or when I have some free time away from other things, if I see I have a forum PM I tend to read it at that point in time however I can't always respond to the messages at that point in time and often end up only getting time to respond to the messages a few days down the line. If it is some urgent matter then of course I personally would deal with it as soon as possible. Just because I am on the forum does not mean I will be able to respond right then and there sadly.

Not to sound cocky, but my time is limited in-game and often spent helping person after another, so I don't have time to do the "introduction" dance.. just get to the point and I'll be able to help you much quicker.

Some people are educated like this and would rather start with "Hey, got some free time?" ; i usually do that, if the admin does not respond i might get that he is busy or afk and try later. I don't want to look like i pretend you leave everything and help me, that's why most of people do PM you like that (i guess).

Ahahahahah! I'd prefeer to don't spam anything e.e! Thank you for your patience toward me. I'm very stressful sometimes with my endless PMs composed of 999999 words. But, atleast they're full of 'Good' things eh!

It seems that script has made all of this very simple now days. Not even a need for /pm.
/support is perfect - as it goes to all online administration...
/h is still there, and has never gone away. Often many plays can answer the questions you feel the need to ask admins about.
And if despite all this, you still feel the need to use /pm. Think hard, and put yourself in our shoes, there is most likely another 2-3 PM's either side of your PM.

Admins are busy as it is, they receive walls of text of people bugging them on mainchat, /pm and other systems. They don't have time to reply to each individual PM. It is rather your fault that with all the new systems in place to make your inquiries and admins job easier, you still decide to be the annoying one and use /PM. Use /support next time and an admin will get to you when he's available.
