Title: cant play IVMP

Hello guys

so.. everytime when I click on IVMP it opens the Single Player mode and I cant play the multiplayer and I tried reinstalling it but nothing happens still doesn't want to open

run single player ( not ivmp ) at first, and wait till you spawn in the city.
after that close the game from the ESC menu > Quite.
now try to run IVMP as administrator.
