I'm giving my statement.

This happened. We were after Ramo. Mario made him a trap at Willowfield ammu and we sorrounded him. In that moment he contacted Peter about a report on me to remove my notoriety. G6 and GSF came as a backup with the exuse this is our territory. Peter dealt the situation in front of 10 players and he approved my previous actions and decided the notoriety to be gone. Meanwhile G6 members were "trolling" me in /L about me abusing and making /ad about me being dead. They didn't even know what happened and they weren't part of what happened, lol. Ok Ramo with this case escaped from us and went to cover or idk at G6's new turf. We lost him so we were searching for him around Los Santos for some minutes. We found him there and went to roleplay with him. Mario just started to roleplay with him and a G6 member directly aimed toward us and the shootout started. Everyone died expect me and Francesco. All G6 along with Ramo were dead there. I found an unowned house and decided to buy it. Went to the bank and deposited around 400K. When we returned to the hood, everyone was gone. Just one dot was in minimap, idk but i think he was G6 Michael. He was driving near Ammunation leaving the turf's street along with others. We entered the street and rushed to the house to purchase it. Did so. Went to own 2 other houses in the entry, too. PMed Bruce about them and he activated for me. When I was purchasing 2nd or 3d, others returned *after death* and Michael told me "LEAVE CRACKER". I purchased and left. When I was near San Fierro got a PM from TeaM Qsens about me stealing Ramo's property in front of him. This was totally a lie. I don't know who lied him but Ramo was not even there when I bought the house. Even if he was there he was dead bcz I killed him myself previously. The reporter lied Qsens to get me punished. Qsens made me another question and in the same seconds you banned me for "abuse to be cunt". Tell me what I did abuse.


The reporter of mine has 0 evidences about me abusing. This means he is totally a liar.

• You can simply verify what happened via checking logs I sent(or yours) along with time stamps.

Alright:
Those guys are aware of the scene.

Bruce - The admin who activated houses for me can proof who was around me returning after death when I purchased 2nd and 3d house.

Francesco_Caserotti - The one who was with me all the time. He saw everything. He can proof that there wasn't anyone nor anyone roleplaying when I purchased the properties.

[G6]Michael - Was the one who returned after death and told me leave. He was suposed to leave the roleplay scene.

=AV=Salmonella - Spawned with Michael at Hospital.

[WS]Peter - Admin who saw G6 provoking me in /L and /ad.

So i'll try to sum this up in a few short sentences.

You were at willowfield where someone else was as they wanted to buy properties, somehow a shoot out started and you lived so you went to a ATM/Bank and deposited cash for them and bought them?

I don't know what they was planning to do. They were on the other side of the only unowned(active) house, so I doubt they were trying to buy it. We were after Ramo only. But G6 and their attitude toward me was worst 5 min ago so due rancor I bought the houses after killing them by their mistake of starting shootout.

No, no and no. Do you think I really did care that much about their houses at the first time. I didn't even know that they had move in that turf. We was just searching for Ramo and saw everyone there.

Look, as I've explained before in this topic and elsewhere, we were after Ramo for his bounty. Mario arrived first and they RPed a little. The moment I and the rest of the guys arrived, Ramo suddenly couldn't RP anymore and insisted on waiting for an admin. That admin was [WS]Peter and he was called to settle something that had nothing to do with that roleplay scenario. It was about my notoriety level which in the end was deemed to be removed.

While this whole thing took place, suddenly Ramo wasn't alone anymore because like 5 [G6] members came to back him up, both IC and OOC, creating a big confusion for [WS]Peter, but most importantly, giving Ramo a really big advantage in the RP. Before he was 1vs7 and now it was 9vs7.

The moment my notoriety was removed, a [G6] made an /ad to provoke me, saying if I remember correctly ''wannabe mobster Ambrogio Fischetti stripped of notoriety and found dead!'' or something like that. After the whole admin stuff was handled, we drove into the street where Ramo and G6 went to continue where we left off, despite not having a tactical advantage.

We started RPing and out of nowhere Michael Myres started aiming at us and 3 seconds later shot, starting a shootout. Everyone of them died and I was the only one left at the scene. In no way did it look like they were dealing in or with properties.

I then bought the houses to show those guys who made provocative /ads to me, that they're not the only ones who can use /ad to their advantage. After I bought the houses I made /ads selling them. In no way did any of them appear to be interested in buying them prior to me buying them, though.

So yeah, it was a payback thing, but I'm not sure where the 'abuse' comes in, because it's not like I jumped infront of an ongoing transaction and did /purchase. Literally nobody was around to buy them.

It's a free market, right?

Dick move on your end for stooping to their level, logs confirm a house sale was on-going and you bought three houses to clearly annoy them.  This is the kind of cheap crap player's pull to get one over on others, not what we wish to see in the server.  This will be the last time we unban you, so start playing by the rules.
