What happened?:
so i was trying to grow weed after trying almost everything to earn money as a beginner and tock tock caught me, did 0 replay and pulled out his gun so i took my bike and ran away then 2 cops in there car came and started shooting me after i crashed so i shot back but i died, i got supper pissed because they didn't do any RP with me what-so-ever + took 3-4k of my-hard earned cash and made me angry, i bought an SMG found those cops did a bit of RP which was way more than they did before killing me and i started shooting, before i could kill him he banned me without giving a chance. they get to play as they like as a cop, they can kill anybody but when i want to kill them i get banned.
Anyways, yes it was wrong trying to kill them (i have read the rules before and i am sorry for this.) but the game is already hard enough for me to start being poor and making money, free cop doesn't pay shit, oil worker i keep dying(advance bomb script from what i've heard) and being a criminal: weed is broken, nobody wants heroin and meth needs you to have 75k just to start + cops never leave me and take my hard earned money when i get killed/arrested. the anger of not being able to make money, instead losing money to the cops drove my actions and made me do that..
Please lift the ban, i want to be a part of this community and will make sure that this is the last mistake from my side. i really miss the server and all the fun i had with my friends and holy shit i fucked up that weed i finally plated after searching for ages for a spot(where those cops started chasing me) + i miss all the progress i made with 30k and about 2-3 months of hardwork. i won't say that i don't deserve a ban but at east i can get a 2nd chance.

well uh whats the average response time on these unban requests i'm pretty sure i've been banned unfairly here as i've been doing a little reading http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=79112.0 deathmatching? didn't even got a single kill or did any damage, was banned before that.
on the second thought it is possible i confronted the wrong cops because the server has too many cops these days (cops= overpowered), maybe i was killed by the free-cops but i found the senior cops, possibly an admin who banned me. well if i got the wrong cops then i am incredibly sorry, i f***ed up.

well weed was broken or somewhat broken, for me at least because whenever i went in and tried to grow weed my chat would fill up with red text that i wasn't standing on fertile land, i didn't even knew how all grown weed looks like so i didn't even knew what is weed in the new version, i found a few bushes @ back'o'beyond that looked exactly like the weed from the old version, i thought i could steal it but /harvestweed didn't work, i thought maybe its bugged, maybe i ca grow new weed there instead, didn't work as well so i thought that it was broken. until i finally found a working spot(been looking for working spots for 3-4 days), cops started chasing me, killed me, and when i got to them i got the ban. the thing that i know how to make money now but i just can't because of the ban is making me crazy!

well i do not remember who killed me but i found these two cruising around lv i thought these are the ones.. i was very angry because 1. they killed me, 2. took 3k of my hard-earned money 3. did no RP before shooting at me. i thought they were the same dudes, maybe they were so i just went in and did what they did to me, straight up shoot me. was a bad judgement call, could have resolved it with RP. while i was genuinely pissed about losing my cash, i tried to kill them and i am genuinely sorry for what happened.

so uh will this request be looked at now? or will it be left to rot for days maybe weeks while i suffer along?

here i am still waiting for a response and reading others unban requests for meth-botting and DMs, the dude here:- http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=116415.0 got warned multiple times + 3 Temp bans before his permenent, this is my 2nd ban and its permenent already. why? can i get a response at least..?
P.S. my first ban was a temp-ban of 30 minutes for flaming in public chat(when i got failed the passport test).

Do not compare your unban to that of others. Every player's circumstances are unique and thus they're unbans are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Stop bumping. We have a lot to do and handling people who got themselves banned isn't always a priority. You committed the actions which led you here so deal with it.

yes i understand that banned players have 0-low priority but can't you guys be f***ing fair for once!? cop kills me with no RP, he's free to go. i do i get permanently banned even for the first time! dude does multiple "mass DMs"(multiple players killed/hurt) gets 6 temp bans and warnings before permanent, i didn't even got to kill and the kid straight up banned me permanently without any warnings, temp bans or anything. he did it because he WANTED TO. that's power abuse! a friend of mine false /SU-ed(we were talking the whole time on TS) nearby cops clearly saw that i didn't pointed my gun at him but still they believed the reason and tried to shoot me. and the admin didn't gave a flying f**k when i reported him. he didn't got frozen/warned instead i was left with the suspicion level until i die eventually. For god-sake be fair FOR ONCE! i have already gotten into a lot of shit since i joined this server.

why you guys never reply in a straight-to-the-point manner? stretching this out for far too long for no reason, this issue could have been resolved on day 1 but now we're at day 4. its super clear that i have been banned by power abuse and other players were given a fair amounts of warnings/temp bans before their permanent. racism? you guys have something against me like "dis skrub did dat to me mum! he should not be unbanned for any reason!"? can't i get a few nice and straight answers/responses from you guys so we can resolve the whole thing going on here?

What you did was uncalled for, instead of doing what you did you should have brought up the issue with a in-game Administrator through /support or /report. But no you thought it was a cracking idea to target the next cop you seen and they just happened to be a Admin. As for your unban there's others who've been waiting longer we'll get to you when those who are infront are dealt with.

i didn't really thought much about reporting as it hasn't worked for me on the cops, not even once. admins are just like cops, just more powerful. cops won't arrest cops anyways. thank you for your straight-to-the-point reply, i will now wait patiently.

not all admins are like that most of them are indeed nice people but there are a few who just don't give a crap. and about the cops, mostly the free cops abuse their powers, "anyone" can become a free cop and if that "anyone" is a butthurt kid, he can abuse his powers.

uh can i get unbanned now? i got banned right when i finally figured out how to grow weed and thinking that "i know how to grow weed now, yay!" but can't because of the ban.. Its KILLING ME! it's been almost a week that i've been thinking " so i'm done with CSGO and GTA:O now so i'll hop on SAMP now and make some sweet munneh!" but the ban is still there ;~; had to buiy fking hunniepop to pass my time. pls help me :neutral2:

i don't know yet to be honest. though the community has quite a few nice people who were willing to teach me and help with RP-ing and the game in general, but i refused all of them. i thought i knew what i was doing. it's clear that i didn't and i have learnt my lesson now. if i get the chance to head back in-game i think i'll keep it slow and play it calm, probably look for an active group or sth. and if i encounter the cops i'll do as much RP as possible before running and getting arrested and maybe killing, i hope never comes to that.

I have just seen the video in question regarding your ban and I am more disgusted watching this than that time I saw one of Kim Kardashian's fugly booty pics on my Instagram feed.
I do not think you've learned your lessons if you don't know how this set of circumstance could've been changed to stay within the rules.

cops just felt like bullies, i spent an hour fixing pumps, exploding then playing DayZ survival to finding a drivable car near that ghost town hospital, drive to the pumps area and explode AGAIN to earn that money that they JUST stole in a few CLICKS! i was angry. anger makes you stupid and stupid gets you punished. at least i gave my honest answer as a new player and didn't lied like "yes teacher i know my stuff now i do that and i do that and that, unban me now ty :)" if you don't buy it then i guess it's GG for me, isn't it?

anger makes you stupid. also i'm not talking about those, i'm calling those bullies who chased me halfway across the map and then killed me + stole my money. are you even reading my replies? why are you guys stretching this too long? a few replies gave me hope that i could be unbanned and others breaks my heart, like yours. as if they and you have something against me that i don't know what is other than just that 1 cop kill. gonna say it again some other dude did multiple mass DMs got at least 3 temp bans and multiple warnings and here i am permanently banned for a single kill, he didn't broke the rules right? i did. i should have done multiple mass DMs before made that 1 kill.. thank you.

gonna say it again and you will read it finally, maybe. anger makes you stupid. i was so eager to get my revenge that i didn't thought much grabbed an SMG and some armor, that's where i was angry. the dudes that killed me were officers not free cops, the dudes i found were also officers and happened to be patrolling in about the same area *DING DING* that's where i was stupid, so stupid that i just thought that "these are the dudes fo sure", confronted them and "Tried" to kill them.
i have learnt my lesson now.
quite a few days of thinking, waiting and being as calm as possible with these replies has taught me something, if you have read my post about my experience on argonath that i made a month ago and compare its replies to this then you'd definitely notice a difference. i'm not the whiny angry butthurt kid now. quite a few days of thinking, waiting and responding to you guys did the trick imo. you are the judge, you can do the reading if you want to.

i have updated my last reply, also can't you guys tell me if i can be unbanned or not? i have gave you all i've got. sick of refreshing this page every hour waiting for someone to answer. heck i don't even know if this gets denied and all efforts go to waste. i really want to play on this server as you guys can see, and i'm going to whatever it takes to stay on the server. i'm not a scumbag who would just ban-evade and lose his identity and start their way from scratch into the server and not give a crap about the ban. i somewhat know how to ban evade but i don't know how it works.. i've been banned on a few other servers, idk how but when i joined them after a while, say, a month with a different username it worked. not sure how but that works. still i don't want to lose my progress and identity and want to play nice-guy with you people. i won't ban-evade even if it works on this server. it really felt great when i got my passport. getting to know other awesome players and above all the experience. keeping some dicks aside, i never saw anything like this before. the drug deals, the cop chase, the medics, firemen and the whole scenes people created. not leaving all that behind for an act that happens 100s of times on the server every week. gonna be straight this time. please unban me, i really want to play again here. :rolleyes:
This will be the final reply. if i don't get unbanned now then i'll be like "Fuck this shit" and uninstall GTA SA off of my steam all together. Thanks to the nice people who supported me even when i was wrong and guided me to the right direction. Thanks developers and scripters for letting me have an awesome time here.

those were my final words on my defence. gonna talk about whatever i want now. first, for 1 day in your life. can you quit being a dick on me? admins get killed everyday, cops get killed everyday heck still people don't get insta perm-banned for a single kill. why me? is it my skin color? is it my contry? is it the way i talk? why me? why others get multiple chances while i am fighting super hard to get a single chance!? a week of fighting trying everything and still 0% progress. why me!?
