Almost 3 months passed since my first un-ban request.
Starting off with the reason that has been stated in the previous request. I have arrived to 2 members of Soprano telling them that their friends tried to kill my brothers, and I knew that by seeing the cameras that was circling the Luciano HQ, and they have to pay for their friends mistakes etc...
I would like to say that I was forced to be involved in this situation by a 2nd person grabbed me to 2 players they have no idea why are we coming for or why are we there for. I have been forced to plan a role play, it's result must end up as a shootout. So I had noway out, I have already went to the situation and I have to solve it out! rather than end up retarded as well. So what I just did is to let them pay cash or pay blood. ((If the HQ wants to know the 2nd person, they are free to talk with me via forum PM))
Now on this point, I would like to say, I completely agree with you that this needs to fuck right off and out of the door as well. I can see that pay blood or pay cash is being used for death-matching, it is not even related to RP at all. If I have seen that the situation might lead me to a punishment, I had to leave the situation as well, I can also see that I don't have to kill my enemies whenever I see them, they are free to role play on different characters as much as they wants, it is not a clan war sever where I have to kill my enemy whenever I see him, Which is not welcomed here.
And I would like to add that this situation must has to be solved in a different way which shows that the result is better rather than a shootout. or actually leave the situation if I failed to deal with it, instead of bothering myself and throw some deals with 2 players have no idea what I am talking about.
Another thing, miss leading newbies and use them for my purposes such like making an "army"... wasn't my point at all. Not to mention that the newbies were miss following the orders they got which leads me to miss control them. I used to invite newbies for 2 reasons. 1. To introduce them to the family and the community.
And the reason of that is, there are a lot of groups just accepts the high skilled role play players where actually there is no chance to the newbies to role play as criminals and belong to a family etc. Our family is giving the right chances for newbies to role play as criminals and learn how to RP as well.
2. Make a nice friendship and meet new people from different countries around the world and enjoy role play with each one of them; such like weeding, farming, drug dealing and racing or even fishing, etc.
And much proves that I wasn't using them in the shootouts I am involved in or teach them just how to buy guns and follow me into a shootout ... are the pictures I used to post in the Luciano family thread, such like those;

I have tried to bring as most as possible pictures that shootout is not included and I think those are enough.

So you went to some people and killed them? Did you have a valid reason to do so?
As for lying to Administration, what did you lie about.

I went to some people and killed them to take an action of what they have done at Verona with my brothers and friends.
Actually 4 months passed I guess, how come in hell could I remember what have I lied about?

As Devin said on your previous unban request, that is not reason to kill them. Also as said in your previous request you already started the shootout just because the opposite side asked a question. Very lame and unacceptable reason to start a shootout.
Also I have reason to suspect that you are using the account of another player in order to play on the server. Just after your 2nd last post that account was all of a sudden taken in use again by probably you. I am sure you know who I mean, so you better explain it without lying.
Lastly, you were denied till 31th of Augustus, so this request is still too early. But lets first see what you have to say about the above.

Yes exactly, that is not a reason to kill them, I agree. What I have done is not related to RP at all, I do realize that it was a death-matching and I should've solved this situation in a different way rather than a shootout. My excuse to start a shootout needs to fuck right off and out of the door. This is not going to be repeated in the further future.

I don't like to mention things more than twice, but since this case worth it ... Carl_Luciano and John Harry are living with me "at my house", there is no denying that they could use my IP address whenever they want since we have only one internet router to use. it has been known for 3 years that Carl Luciano is my brother and John Harry is my cousin, its not only me can prove that, there is +35 players do know exactly who are they and prove that. Pictures and videos could be uploaded if that is really needed.
But this is not the case, this is not what you want to hear from me. I know I just wanted to mention you whom are these accounts for.
So you said that I am using the account of another player in order to play on the server which is absolutely 1,000,000% wrong, there is a difference between John Harry/Carl Luciano and I in behaviors, reacts and actions with players. I would like to mention 2 player names in this post whom has spent the most time with John Harry; Kenji - The most friendly guy John ever had, and he can prove that it was John Harry him self was playing. Lincoln - A friendly guy whom wasn't the only drug dealer that was buying meth/drugs from John, Lincoln was more than a brother to him and knows exactly how does John react, he can also prove that John himself was playing. As for Carl, I got nothing to say since he just use my personal computer to play the game with my modifications collection.
I guess that is what I got to say to protect my self and the owners of the accounts above from a "ban evading" accusation.
I would respect the decision that will be made on this unban request, whether it is a deny or an unban.

Hell of a "coincidence" that the account just turned active when you are banned. Lets hope the odds don't turn against you later on.
As it has been 3 months already and this was your first ban, an unban seems fair. Seeing your other punishment, I must however strongly advice you to start following the rules and keep your promise to not repeat this in the future. Continuing the behavior of before this ban, will get you back to this section rather soon.
