Title: Unable to enter the game.

Whenever I launch SA:MP, it doesn't respond to the server IP. Although my internet is working perfectly fine. Thank you.

Start with the basics, like antivirus and firewall settings, and also see if your client sees other servers. If all that checks out, make sure you're running the correct versions.
