Okay So Lamar killed Ty...
He was looking for Sanchez to buy...We made adeal about selling sanchez.
We met...When we met Cristian Told him stop right there nigga.
He started running and RolePlaied taking out a gun.
I started running next to him,and when he stoped i stoped and he started shooting me.
When i had 50 HP left i shot back.
So dear admins that must be joke, I didn't shot one signal bullet , i just shooted after Shooting me and keeping me with 50 HP
So Hakeem was not fair at all he was with him and in his side.
He didn't want to belive that i didn't shot a shit.
Guys I had 360 Bullet of SMG 0 of the were spent he claims that I shot him with SMG first of all.
The admin here was not fair at all.
Even in this situation The poor RP was from lamar side.
He shooted me for god sake While i had 00000000000000 bullets spent on him
So did i dmed ?
I even got killed.
So With that Unban requset I am reporting the Admin Hakeem brooks For unfair dissucion. And Lamar for a poor Rp from his side.
Hakeet didn't wanted to here me btw.

Hello, I'm Manoni (Hakeem) the administrator who has issued your ban.
First I have to remind you that as a member of the staff team, I have to act unbiased, means that the results of the aforementioned situation are out of my personal thoughts, feelings or the ones that are possibly related to me in a clan and/or roleplay faction.
Second, as a member of the staff team I must inform that the results of the aforementioned situation are also related to the previous punishments given to you in the server. Before proceeding to the explanation of the reasons that has led to your ban I will list down the punishments that you have received during the past three days, for future references.

Now, I'll start explaining what I understood after speaking with both parties.
I got a report from the player Lamar_Oakwood for "not here to roleplay" right after I noticed on the admin logs that he got killed along with Carlito_Sauvage (both at the same time) due to a shootout involving Deagles.
I went to Carlito to ask him about what happened and what were his reasons to attack Lamar, he did explained that the situation involved a previous murder of Ty_Sauvage, who got killed by Lamar today, I don't know exactly on what time but I asked him if it was recent which he said no, but he told me that Lamar got spotted (RPly by the cameras of a business) on the moment when he killed Ty. I must say at this point that we got told several times by HQ and it has even been posted on this forums that such reasons like "He killed my member so I have to kill him back" are no longer a valid reason to go against someone, as it's considered poor roleplay and an excuse for a deathmatch.
Afterthat, I asked Carlito if he let know Lamar that they were after him because he killed Ty which he answered no, that he should've already known that. Carlito, as a player of this server, you should know that every action you will take has to be with a roleplay, specially when it's about killing someone else for revenge, you had to let him know what were the reason for you to go on him in roleplay, if not, such actions can be misunderstood as deathmatch and can get you into troubles with administration just like it happened today.
Once I got an explanation from Carlito I decided to teleport Lamar to us and read his version, Lamar told me that Carlito had no direct roleplay approach to him apart from the logs that he already posted here. He did told me that he took his desert eagle out as the "/me" says, but that he didn't shot, rather than that, he ran away from Carlito.
At this point the situation turns confusing, as both players claim that they were not the ones who shot first but that was not the point of your punishments, it's the actions that you and your fellow did against another player, you need to realize that your attempt of roleplay was quite poor and that there were many possibilities for you to start a better approach even to make him stop when he (if he really did) ran away from you.
I have to tell you that I was not gonna ban you, but the attitude that you showed to me and Lamar while we were speaking it was quite bad, you need to control your temper and not go all "/L BAN ME" when an administrator is trying to speak to you. I also have to say that Lamar didn't had the best attitude when he raged at you with insults that led to you talking back at him, I understand you in that way but you two need to understand that I was present there as an administrator and both sides needed to show respect at that time. I also have to add that this wouldn't had happened if this was your first report/punishment but as you can see above my post, your record didn't seemed to be appropriate to the server standards therefore I decided that the most reasonable choice to do was to ban you.
To finish this I have to remind you that every administrator acts according to their criteria when its about issuing punishments but that in no way changes the fact that we have to objective on our decisions no matter who we are dealing with.
This is all that I can say from my side. If needed by management, I can post the logs of the conversation I had between Carlito and Lamar either here or on their PMs.

I should tell you that I have no possible way to check further the logs apart from the ones of you and Lamar's death, the rest is only able to be seen by managers. I've listened both yours and his story and I approached to you with a neutral attitude because as I said before, an administrator does not acts biased by their roleplay group or feelings.

I am sure Manoni had his reasons to ban you. And if you feel that you've been treated wrong, there is a section to report players/admins.
Also, please do not bump your unbanrequest as that will lead to denial.

At the "RolePlay" I have not anything wrong.
Nothing at all , And If there was any other reason to get me banned it is the attuied Lamar had a worst attuied to me.

About the "RP" we had , There was a lack of RP from Lamar's side.
He ran away and Shoted me the first 2 bullets while i did not shot a snigle bullet or even had no Weapon in hand ,Another thing I got killed by him and that proves that there is nothing to do with me becasue i am already dead.
So here Lamar's RP was to low and poor.
Cristian and I didn't shooted on bullet , we shot just after that he shooted me twice.
And about the attuied , I have used this attuied as a result Of lamar's attuied , He statred behaveing as a dick to me ...
He felt so safe because Hakeem was handeling this situation.
I wondered why i still right here .

NOTE:as you see it took him to kill me Exactly 18 Second.
That mean he didn't Roleplaied at all.

Know that the unban request is about you instead of others, it's a venue for you to request an unban after proving you know what you've done wrong.
However you've only been rambling on about Lamar's side instead of yours. You have been banned for "lame excuses and roleplay to start shootouts" so let's see the "lame bit" out.
Reading manoni's story it's been about you going to, and (attempting to) kill him for revenge of another of your members. True, we've been treating this as indirect revengekilling therefore an invalid reason. Next comes your attitude which has been another major point, and it is evident that you get ticked off a little quick; i've noticed.
My current view explained, up to you to explain to me if you know the mistake you've made.

First of all , Yeah I did a mistake Not just in the situaiton with Lamar and Manoni , I have used a bad attitued towards some other people.
But have you ever wondered why , I am not giving exuses , but I want you guys to be awear of somthing that I have a really good relation with a lot of players.
There is a 4-5 specific players taht I have used that bad attitued towards them and I am sure that they have reported me bla bla bla...But may we look on it from another corner ?
These guys have been using "Shit" Attitued towards me and Sauvage family.
For example : "Sausage"
So I picked the same way to connect with them and They have reported me.
I am not giving you a such exuse or any other thing.
So using a bad attitued towards others is not me at all , NOT ME AT ALL.
So I promise that from the second that you getting me unbanned , I won't use such a attitued towards others I will do my best to ignore them :eek:

I have already said that I have done a mistake , And I was not able to Understand that day after day I made it worst but I have changed , Understand me too much stuff should be handeled In Game.
