Character: Giacomo Favero
Age: 58
Giacomo Favero, after being a soldier for Sforza, being shot off a boat into the Venturas ocean his whereabouts were unknown for twenty years. He seems to have layed low in Fort Carson. He is a Italian male but has lived in Las Venturas for long enough to have dropped his accent. Being shot off the boat left some consequences, he doesn't have a right eye and has trouble walking.
He lives in the house next to the river with the stand alone garage, he has a Infernus, Sanchez and a freeway, with which he represents the Angels of Death. He lives in the neighborhood of the 58th cartel, with whom he is friends with and helps them in almost every situation. He also has a Skimmer with which he delivers packages to his customers. Primarily he is a part of the Fort Carson Nomads, he is the oracle and assists the town in growing both financially and in popularity.
After swimming ashore to Las Venturas after being shot off the boat Giacomo went to the local medical emergency room where they patched him up, stripped from his friends, money and name he went to a tiny undisclosed town next to the big city of Las Venturas. He wanted to hide, to change his personality and to never be found by the maniacs that attempted to murder him. He has become a cowboy, keeping Bone County clean, he is a patriotic USA resident and he does as he feels right on his own land. On the unmarked land of Bone County.
