Title: Xbox One S , exclusive first look

Microsoft just announced the Xbox One S at E3 2016. Itâ€™s 40 percent smaller than the Xbox One and features a fresh coat of â€œrobot whiteâ€ paint, 4K Ultra HD video support, and HDR capabilities for both gaming and video.

A good thing about this console is that the new control can now be paired with a computer without the need for a dongle.

Xbox One S will be released in August.

What I am more excited about is the Project Scorpio. Claimed 4K60 FPS gameplay. If they sell it for under $1000 (lets be honest it can't be less than $600), it will sell like hotcake and probably outsell PS4K or Neo.

Post by: Luke on June 15, 2016, 10:49:32 am: Xbox really on the upcoming lately, I got a xbox one again last month after having to a PS4(still have) and alot has changed since I had the xbox one a year ago one thing that keeps me on xbox more so are things such as a games with gold, backwards compatible games such as black ops 1, and of course ea access. Xbox making that stand everyone wanted them to do.

Plus that whole Windows 10 and Xbox thing looks awesome the fact you can buy the game for xbox and have it on pc also for no fee and then play with a xbox one users on PC absolutely brilliant rip to buying the game twice/three times (as I always do, bought GTA V 7 times, Xbox 360, PC 3times, PS4 and Xbox one twice)

I found that post very difficult to follow Luke :lol: typed on a phone?

Looks interesting, scorpio is the one I'm waiting to see though...

Well...Playstation 4 is coming with one called 4k and another one called Neo.

Now i dont know what to buy haha

In an interview with Eurogamer did with Xbox boss Phil Spencer Spencer mentioned that Project Scorpion is not something to have if you do not own a 4K TV . If you have only one TV that churns out a maximum of 1080 suffices well with an Xbox One S.

"Then you should buy this box [Xbox One S], because Scorpio is not going to do anything for you. Scorpio is designed as a 4K console, and if you don't have a 4K TV, the benefit we've designed for, you're not going to see. Clearly, you can buy Scorpio, and if and when you decide you want to buy a 4K television to take advantage of the increased performance, obviously the console will be ready for you."
