The defendant DingoRex202 has had 7 days to respond. He did not use his right to defend himself. I can see on the evidence provided that the defendant has no intention of paying back his loaned money by saying:"I scammed you". This is also enough proof for me that the defendant indeed had a loan consisting of 5k with Bokicocacola.

Verdict: The defendant will have to pay back 5000 ArgonathDollars to Bokicocacola.

If the money is not paid within reasonable time (let's say max two weeks), the money will be deducted from the defendants account.

This case is appealable.
