I think there should be a code or book of laws made by the government and posted on site to settle all the discussions about Argonath laws, since there isn't one Atm, cops follow the laws on their country normally, when each of them has different laws leading to large discussions. Thanks.

That is true for most of it ... Like ... Is prostitution legal ? (Some say yes and some say no)
The fact of being in a weed field actualy lead automaticaly to suspect. Is getting out of a bar and driving make someone suspect of drunk driving ? Is crashing a car by willing but without doing it repeatedly is a crime ? (Causing an accident in an agressive way) ... Is walking in the streets with a gun is a crime ? What are the speed limits ? Can a gang be closed (Dismissed/destroyed/blocked ... well become ''not operative anymore and close business) and a player ''definitely'' jailed ? (I mean he have to change for a new identity forever ...) If yes, how can we do it ? If not, criminals who will be brought in court will have to face justice, what will be the maximum possible outcome ? A ''deportation'' (Temp ban of 3 days) ?
There are so many things ... Like.. Can a player be suspected for taking a car that is not ''his'' ?
So yeah, an official and clear law paper with the right sentences to apply would be welcome if possible

I was also think about this one, I believe people should get a fine only a really small amount but just enough to make them think twice about taking someone else's car. The reason why ? because then Taxi's Bus's and Train's will get used a lot more oftern.
and Yeah I agree with you Wata, there should be a specific law topic, maybe they can open up a topic of ideas and people post and vote for the law ? then that way everyone will be part of it and no complaining can be done about the final decisions?

I like this idea. If anyone is thinking of developing a guideline of these laws... I will help :)

Yes but if we were to make one, it would mean pestering the head judge of Argonath (Luca) on every law and asking if it is right or wrong to write them(every law), or Aragorn and Gandalf.

There are a lot of players with experience on Argonath, and they should know what should and should not be allowed. As this is a Democratic state, most laws should be based on common sence and will be allowed to change if they dont work.

There would be no pestering. The laws will be clear.
