I am here to ask a last chance, I have been continously ban evading and kept making it worst. I am apologying for the mistakes I have did. but this I promise that I wont do any idiotic thing which is going to lead me to a ban.

Move on and find another server, you had plenty chances to come clean and lied every single time whilst continuing to banevade and be a problem in the server.
