Title: [IV:MP] Won't launch IV:MP mode :: Single Player Works fine

Ciao!
Today I'm not on my Powa-Desktop PC but on a cheap Laptop that is having severl issues with GTA 4.
I Launched GTA 4 Single Player and after adding some command line for better performance and putting ll on lowest settings it was working fine, 15-30 FPS almost playeble. When I tryed to launch IV:MP by the shorkut it launched but my screen was still Black and it was some times saying IV:MP stopped responding but then worked fine but still keeping lot  load or show the options of the main page of IV:MP.
I tryed to restart but nothing , still the same even if "SP" works fine with command line or without (Lowest settings).
MY SPECS
*Intel Celeron N2830 ( 2,16GHz )
*Intel HD Graphics [ 32Mb of memory ]
*4 GB of RAM ( 1600MHz )
*Windows 8
*Reinstalled all DirectX Runtime
GAME SETTINGS
*800x600 Graphics
*All lowest settings
*Vsync. OFF
*Using Contig64Booster
*Command Line:
-norestrictions
-novblank 
-percentvidmem 100 
-availablevidmem 26.0
-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions
I tryed to re-install IV:MP but nothing ... any ides???
