We have a problem, this problem is not a new one, since i joined in 2011 we had a problem called deathmatchers. People who join the server and it looks like they are trying to learn and understand to roleplay. then randomly out of nothing youer death because they just kill you. i admit i havent been the cleanist or best player in the history but to be true who is? today a new player joined the server. het looked like a normal new player,( not knowing /l etc). he joined the police and after a few min i past him, he turned arround and followed me from temple to dillmore, then from dillmore back to market, ass i passed market train station we had a classic lag spike. the cruiser came under my patriot and it flipped. my car explode and his catched fire and exploded to. he runned up to me and asked me in /p HOW CAN I JOIN THE ARMY. as i was typing my awser he just started shooting me. i died and reported him and he was banned. we all know these kind of dmers. Join, DM, Ban,. since i joined i see the amount of DMers rise and see players loose huge amounts of money, (weapons amrouer etc) and this can't be refunded. where in RS5.2 i see amazing new functions, but still no system admins can return weapons and armour or items back to players where was proved that they where deathmatch'd. is there ever coming a system like this, or a beter anyDM prevention as players directly can buy weapons as they join due the amount of starting money etc.?

It wont matter if they remove the script from new players to buy guns in ammu nation, new players will come and punch you to death or hack , to avoid this im suggesting to make like application thingy for new players to join.

I feel your frustration, but refunding weapons would be a highly costed script to have not to mention the money that would be spawned to compensate the weapons lost. Even equipping weapons would take a while, also to prove what weapons were actually lost. which would require a log check.
We as the administration try to watch new players as best we can to help prevent situations like you have explained, but every now and then we miss a few due to having not enough staff ingame.
These situations don't happen too often and its just a little bit of bad luck.
