Greetings,
Today I was playing SAMP in morning and played like 2 hours then I went off for some hours and I hibernate my window, and when I came back and wanted to play the game and my PC starts but keys were not working and restarted my windows but now in the start it tells me to press any key to continue.. but my keys are not working...
Any solution?

Try using another USB keyboard.
The keyboard may be deactivated from your device manager, as it sometimes gets disabled. This happened to me with WiFi, especially if you're using windows 8 (not 8.1)

Check the FN Navigation (Lock) Buttons, Might need to take a look at the BIOS Settings.
All the keys weren't working? Try checking the Drivers, Wait do you have another USB Keyboard?

As far as HP's troubleshooting, which outcome happened?
If your keyboard is not working:
-Turn off the computer and then restart it.
-Press the Esc key repeatedly to see if a startup menu opens.
If a setup menu does not open, the integrated keyboard hardware is not working. The integrated keyboard in the notebook should be serviced or replaced. To continue using the notebook, connect a USB-wired keyboard to a USB port and restart the computer.
If a setup menu opens, use the arrow keys to navigate the menus. If these keys are working in the startup menu, but then fail when Windows loads, the problems are probably occurring in Windows.

Open up the laptop and check if the board is still connected to the computer (via the ribbon cable).

If the laptop is still under warranty, don't do it.

Yesterday, I took battery out from the laptop and pluged the charger, and some keys started working, and some of them were not and on the next day when I tried to check again, all keys were working fine but about some minutes later, again keys does nothing..

I remember some days ago on a desk there was a water and and my laptop was near to it..
-
just buy a damn usb keyboard or search for a keyboard for your laptop online.

If the water made it onto the keyboard it could have caused damage, but if it was only water I'd have expected the keyboard to show a fault immediately after coming into contact with the water.
