: Who Are We :

We are a group of outlaw and skilled persons. Because we Encounter specialists  ,knows that if freedom is outlaw then only outlaws will survive

: Our Aim :

Our aim is to bring terror in whole vc-mp.So that every vc-mp player will know our name and become scared of us.and also to get strong so one can disturb us

: Our policy :

All the players of Encounter specialists  knows that single we do nothing but together we do everything.It is a duty of every member of Encounter Specialist to help any other player of Encounter specialists.
