Title: Game's stuck at "Connecting to...."

As the title says once I start IV:MP the game doesn't connect to the server and stays stuck at "Connecting to 46.105.234.126:9999..."

Maybe you have to check your windows firewall and set new rule to allow IVMP to connect through internet.
